    quality trappa mate...pickleable..thats my word for the week as for winkles,i just simmer em in boiling water for 5 mins shell em and put em in jars wi vinegar and plenty salt and white pepper,i warm the vinegar slightly just so the salt an pepper mix in better and when they cool put em in fridge,not sure how long they keep,mine dont last that long.....also mate winkles are at there best in the winter months
