Cheers mate he's not broken to ferret and ive not got one but will be getting one once i find some regular work, i can get a smoker easily enough though, like i said im new to this and trying to get into it but struggling thanks for the reply they seem to be few and far between on here when your asking people to give u a chance to get into the game

Ive tried at the farm near me but the last people who went on started to take the p*ss so he wont have anyone else on

Thanks any way i must admit myself he does look young and gets mistaken for a pup all the time but he's a game little

Ive posted a few notes on the site over the last couple of weeks to tag along with someone who goes ratting so i can try my patt at working but im struggling for replies. il hold my hands up and say im new to but keen to get into it i just need a chance to go with someone who knows what they are doing.any replies would be much appreciated or tips to get myself started although i think it would be best for my dog to learn of an experienced dog. im from north west but dont mind travelling a couple of hours if need be.

Im still up for coming ratting like you im new to it and have struggled getting anywhere to go or anyone to go with what is it with us new comers keen as mustard but lacking the knowledge

Is there any body from around the manchester area who would be kind enough to let me join them on a ratting trip i have a 4 yr old patt to bring i did a lot of rabbiting whith the air rifle when i was younger now i want to see how my dog does at this id be more than happy if i could come along with some body who i can learn off. im willing to travel a couple of hours also look forward to hearing any comebacks thanks
