  1. As long as your making money too [bANNED TEXT]
  2. I have to agree with Carreg, why would anyone have more than 2 litters a year if not for a profit? Breeding to carry on a line for yourself or friends is one thing, but I just dont agree with churning out pups for a profit or hobby. Our local dog rescue is always packed with unwanted dogs, there are plenty of Lurchers & Terriers in there too. Im not convinced that a breeders licence will stop it, the back yarders will always get round it. I went to look at 2 litters of Patterdales last year, proper scum family, house was absolutely filthy, steptoes backyard, dogs running round everywhe

  7. Great britain my arse! Not any more they tax the arse off you for everything, you cant say this you cant say that unless its "pc", they want to *** 4x4's, you cant hunt with your dogs or dock their tails, yet foreign nationals come over here and our government bend over backwards, give them housing, asylum, benefits etc otherwise they use the umbrella of discrimination. According to todays papers a school has banned hot cross buns for fear of offending certain minority religions. What a load of f#cking shit. If they dont like our rules then f#ck off back to their own country. Now im exercisin
  8. i would say about the size of a dog stoat, put it this way ive had a 30 odd jills in the last 35 years and shes easily the smallest by far
  9. I picked up a couple of polecat jills a couple of weeks back off an old boy who'd kept and worked them for 40 odd years and commented on a few micro ferrets he had [ended up with one of them too] he reckoned there was stoat blood in them.Apparantly you put an in season jill in a cage in a field and a stoat does the rest! I piss*d myself and said he was talking bol*ocks, but he got the hump and was adamant its true some new age traveller mate of his has done it hence the " micro" ferrets he had, im sure im right, any comments?

  16. She is a nice looking bitch, we have plenty of comments about her. Im not really a fan, I had a pure bred bitch about 15 years ago and it put me off for life! She wanted to kill anything and everything. The wife chose this one!! Im holding out more hope for my bedlington whippet pup, but I will carry on with her. Pics to follow asap.
  17. I was just wondering if any of you lads out there have had any experience of English Bull X's? I have an 18 month old English Bull/whippet bitch 20" and approx 38/40Lb, quite racy (considering), cant fault nose, stamina, hunts well, works cover, quite obedient, very strong and determined. Has taken half grown cub and a few rats & rabbits, but not done too much more due to my business comittments. She would put a Rottweiler to shame as a guard dog! Downsides - very strong willed, eats own shit and thinks shes a boar dog (got in a field and attacked a pig!) Quite an unusual cross I think
  18. Just introducing myself. Been into the hunting scene for about 22 years on and off. I have recently moved out into the sticks of Suffolk (not that much to hunt in London!) Out of the terrier scene now but have a Bull /Whippet & a Bed/Whippet pup. I regularly read the forum and am hoping to post some pictures soon. I am in the market for some Jill Ferretts so if anyone knows of anyone local in Suffolk that I can contact, details would be much appreciated. P.S I was in Bury St Edmunds yesterday and saw an old girl with 2 albino hobs with pink harnesses walking through the town centre -
