  1. Hi, Im selling my much loved 12g Berretta 686 White Onyx. It is right handed, the barrels are 30'' and it has a 3inch chamber for the magnums. I bought this from my dealer last Jan. It comes with warranty, Multi-chokes, Ejectors, manual and berretta hard case. It is 'Extra Wood' model fitted with gel recoil pad. It cost me £1100. I am looking for a quick sale so i will take £800. Please pm me your email address and i will send you pics. The sale is going to fund a Miroku. You are more than welcome to come and check it out for yourself. Thanks Anthony

  3. additionally, it comes with the Edgar Brothers warranty that covers Manufacturers faults
  4. Hi all! I hope your all enjoying the spring/summer hunting!! You may recognise this thread as i advertised it last week, however, due to a 'Time Waster' im putting it on for the last time. I have for sale my CZ 452 22lr (silouhette) . It is the sort after short barrel with a synthetic stock. It comes with brand new sirroco silencer in the original packaging, and the user manual the gun came with. I bought it in February form my local gun shop along with a brick (500 rounds) of eley subsonics. I have around 200 rounds left....so the gun has only had upto 300 rounds through it.
  5. Hi Wolly, I didnt think Edgar Brothers made guns....i just beleived that they were distributors of the firearms to the trade
  6. i had difficulty getting them up. i think the file may have been to big. Ill try again tonight and compress them
  7. Hi lads, I bought a CZ 452 Siloutte from my local gunshop in wakefield in February. Its a brand spanker with the shorter barrell. There is not even a scuff on the gun it has been kept very, very clean....as you do when you first own one. It is synthtic with a brand new sirrocco silencer. I have 500 rounds to buy on my ticket. I have only 200 Eley Subs rounds left in my cabinet. Which means that it has only had 300 round through it. The gun is awesome...however, im going to opt for the CZ 17hmr so i need to sell this one to fund it. I bought it for £410 which included th

The rimfire gives me more range....so they cant escape now Wha ha ha ha (Evil Laugh). The FLO also told me that he had approved anotehr golf course...cant remember the name of it now. 12. Hi Keith, I have permission on 2 golf courses. I recently had one land checked for a 22 rimfire with no problems what so ever. Golf courses provide perfect conditions for shooting, to ensure the golfers are challenged the course is layed out with valleys, drops and hills thus plenty of ample backstops! Golf courses, as we all know, are infested with Rabbits. Getting rid of the rabbits takes a load off the greenkeepres shoulders to help keep the greens and fairays in their original unspoiled condition. Most municipal (council owned) courses are situated in residential areas. So this MA
  13. Yeah, i quite like that motto. I already have the 3-9x50 hawke HD scope on my HW100. Thanks Lads
  14. Awesome mate....what calibre were you using .243?
  15. Hi all, What would you suggest as being the 'Perfect' rimfire rifle scope. If you could analyze build quality, durabilty and reliability that would be awesome! Please bear in mind a relatively small budget. thanks
  16. Hi mate, Personally, with a budget, i would opt for a Lincoln O/U. Quite cheap second hand and will certainly last a lifetime if looked after. A friend of mine uses one on our game shoot. He swears by it. However, it is dependant whether or not it fits you. Dont opt for big names like Beretta etc. I have a Beretta 12g 686 White Onyx....it cost me £1000 second hand, and to be honest they are definatley over rated!! I would have eben better of with a Lanber or a lincoln which would have saved me £300 for buying a new one!
  17. thats exactly what i did when i applied for my FAC. its was over christmas soit wasnt hard to forget about the process. So after having my itnerview etc i know Im jsut soooo close to actually obtaining it......tahts it...ill forget about it now. No more sleepless nights!
  18. The land check was carried out with me and the FLO. we attended the land in which he asked whether or not i would take a shot from the said position etc, the FLO said that he beleived it was deemed suitable for a 22 rimfire. i think im just going to wait on it and see what happens. West Yorkshire firearms certainly need to pull their finger out
  19. cheers mate.....its just the anticipation is killing me!!! it took them 6 weeks to get in contact with me!
  20. Bignoel, I have had my home visit last monday. I probably didnt make it clear in the first post. The home visit went well, he then carried out the landcheck which too went well. I jsut havent heard anything since my interview. I dont know wether its just a case of the license dropping through the door or if there is any more procedures?
  21. Hello All, Finally, i heard back from the West Yorkshire Firearms in regards to my Firearms App for a 17hmr and 22lr. An interview and land check was arranged last monday which, i beleive, was a great success. The inital response from the FLO was 'There should be no problems with you application', however, 7 days on......and nothing. I was made aware that i have to literally wait to hear from them. Whether it is the license through the post or a phone call. I understand that the FLO writes up a full proifle report for the senior to evaluate whether the applciant is compet
  22. Hey thanks for all the info guys! Unfortunatley myapplication has been sent now, however, i will discuss the use of a centre fire with the FEO when he comes for the interview! Cheers Lads!! On the ammo front did you ask for expanding??? ...and the FOX business is crazy, my region are ok with vermin meaning fox, but my .22LR and HMR specifically list FOX anyway, others regions will not entertain fox with .22LR, etc!! No i didnt ask for expanding....again i beleive this is a 'grey' area. Many FAC holders mentioned they never put expanding because if the reason for
