  9. Liam answers that with regards the lines, oh and read 10 posts up from yours, lucky escape ;-) They're from trenching lines as you and liam well know, crossed with self preservation lines!!! Jealousy a terrible thing lol I was thinking of getting one,but I had dogs from similar lines far two often than I care to admit down the years, they now hunt with Elvis.Self preservation lines are there own worst enemy,in my yard anyway LOL.

  14. Must admit im not too familiar with the whole hog thing so forgive my ignorance.......i cant quite see how this curved nose thing works i mean i understand the theory but does the dog just grab a hold and hang on ?....does the dog not work the hold ? would he not swap it for a better one ?......surely only if the dog is literally hanging on nose deep in one place without moving will the breathing thing be a factor. They typically get right in there and grab a hold and hang on. USUALLY they'll grab an ear/side of the head, I have seen hard headed bulldogs grab the face/snout. I don't wan

  16. I enjoy reading the different forms of hunting the Americans do,and the way they are spoilt with variety. They are also good at cross breeding to suit there hunting style. It is great to see the white bulls doing a bit and people interested in trying to make them better. My own experiences with white bulls goes back many years(I was always a staff man)we tried them in shores, one or two were mediocre most were useless.Seen a few at trials they lifted the ground barking,we tried them at the end of digs they done a lot of barking there as well.We first used them over forty years ago and in our opini
  17. thats a f***g laugh, worked alone, you heard about my book then lol Alli,"KING OF THE ONE LINER"S" it would be nice to hear a structural comment from you instead of the usual rubbish,my only surprise is that you never used pictures as normal, you only serve to show how grey matter challenged you are each time you try to join up words in your idiotic big writing, having seen you at quite a few shows over the past couple of years you come across in words exactly as you look,a boring fool, you would be better advised to just let folk think you're an uneducated fool rather than prove it with your at
  18. Some of ye just dont get it do ye,HIS BREED WAS BRED TO FIGHT why zap him or beat him he knows no better its his nature.Do you zap a gun dog for retrieving,do you zap a guard dog for protecting,THE FIGHT IS IN HIM.If people cannot hack a fighting breed,do not f*****g get one.
  19. I find this typical of people who should NOT keep staffs. You bought a dog as a staff(YOUR CHOICE)and then you are shocked and surprised when he fights,I have news for you this is what a lot of staffs do THEY ARE A FIGHTING DOG.As for some of the comments be tough with him, punch him, hit him,why it is his nature that is why staff fanciers love them, because of his temperament. What will you do if he grabs a dog by the throat and starts trying to kill him,how will you stop him?kick him,hit him with a stick, ask him nicely to stop immediately.Do you know the signs to look for before he fights(did
