    shut up you soft cun..i live in wales im surrounded with sheep we hunt around sheep,where am i supposed to hunt her in the SHOW RING..and i will not pass sheep killing dogs around or jibbers like some people out there,if there was more genuine terrier&lurcher men in this country that only kept and used the best thats available to them then most of the terrier&lurcher breeds woulndt be fuc..up like they are now !and has for causing m.ps to win the war just take a look at some picture pre ban or not thats up on this site and others on the web people have been digging big holes for themse

    just been for seasonal visit to sons ,to sneak a look at his pups and they are belters 5/8 3/8 i think. bred back both sides to reeces billy ,there 12 wk old so most gone to hunting mates ,2 dogs at his for final selection but not a easy job both are spot on, will try posting a few pics when hes at mine .

    donnyc i know one lad ,spoke to him friday he said he had dropped the price to sell last 2 dog pups from his litter of borders to 300 quid its a joke folk turn em out for cash should stick to toy breeds for pet trade ,keep well clear of working terriers for the good of the dogs,

    who wants to steal terriers from a so called puppy pedllar ? i would think a cxxt that steals dogs dont mind who he steals from ,also i belive a man is innocent till proved guilty ,do you know the man is he a peddler,do you no for a fact ,or are you baseing it on storys of the internet.

    i know some lads keeping borders will have there working lines as good as any other breed,but 3 different lads i know of and this aint hear say charge top money for pups, of the 3 one works em to ground fact the other 2 i cant say,but there litters cost the same to rear as any other type so must generate more profit than say a litter of fells,think thats the problem within the breed,god bless the lads breeding from genuine workers.

    thats a good point ,know of a few been lost in bad places when bushing,when we were kids and unable to keep many dogs all the streets pet dogs went rabbiting we had a right pack all shapes,but they all took to it to some degree.

    I dont know the chap pal to be honest,a lad i knew had a terrier a couple of years ago and i asked what way bred it was and he said it was nuttal/wheeler type which the wheeler side you could plainly see, and it was bred by a chap called hemingway from somewhere in south yorkshire cant remember the exact place, the terrier was rather stupid and over hard but got the job done regards hedz best not to remember exact place mate ,mr h will contact people if he thinks he needs to cos hes on here ,

    i judge at shows mate and take that as abit of an insult, i judge so the standard of working terriers is kept at a very good one, i suppose some people see it as fun and i dont personaly exibit my own dogs. but to the people who breed off the dogs and put the time and effort into working them and keeping them in top condition all year round its abit more than just abit of fun. atb And by it being more than just a bit of fun wich imho thats all it should be we have over the years now seen people whos only aim for the lurcher is for it to win a rosset or trophys or to my suprise [bANNED TEXT]

    i dont show dogs and only help at one show every year ,but in the past it has been said some people are picking the owners at shows not the dog,would be better if members dont get pulled out at there own shows saves hassel, i agree some people work very hard ,them that dont help cant complain ,just turn up and enjoy

    i know what your saying and sure it happens,but it aint the end of the world,i dont show dogs but its part of the fun seeing how serious some folk take the shows, we always went for the glad i dont go these days.

    do you know me no i suppose not seen as iv grown up with working dogs all my life and own working dogs i think there is a green eyed monster out there if you dont know me then dont slag me off thank you support might grow for the show if you two sort it out with a mud wrestle
