  1. Ali for what its worth, you have made your opinion that wheaten is a numbers man,he can defend himself ,but i know these lads very well, especially the huntsman and belive me if it was all about the numbers the number could be alot bigger, its about balance dont you agree, also in a ideal world we would stand together atb.

Stando you no too well the huntstaff are thought little of even tho the terriermen supply most of the sport for these packs! we went on different parts of the country last year and had 3 packs ringing up complaing saying we shouldnt be there as its there hunt country, o and we had full permission off landowner/keeper united we stand what a load of b***ocks thed sell us down the river so long as they could carry on jolling round the cou

  4. i was reading a old mag recently from 10 year back ,a piece about fox attacks on pets, three westie pups had been killed/mutilated in a outdoor run,a vet from worcestershire area mr d denny said at the time attacks on dogs while unusual did not surprise him,he feared the next thing would be babys attacked in prams or such like because the urban fox was loseing fear of humans,in light of recent events how right was he.
  5. Yea good bit of crack back at the boozer your lad came over in the afternoon , he did say you where cuddled up in front of the fire reading countrymans weekly ! he said it was a good do,no work at mo,and dare not ask for spending money to go to boozer,so its a dry spell and plenty dog walking,
  6. how often do you hunt close to urban areas/towns, to say theres no excuse is wrong ,how would gps help,a road is still a road, traffic is a huge concern for alot of packs but lads try there best with land they got, do you hunt hounds, people in glass houses should not throw stones Yes I do hunt hounds and have done for the last 13 years and 20 years in hunt service, we hunt close enough to villages etc, but we make sure any danger spots are covered, foxes on the whole run in the same directions generation after generation, most of the time you've a fair idea where he's( the fox) headed for, t
  7. the voice of reason, correct mr Darcy,no point winding the job up after the event,we are all glad no one was hurt, ect.but its not always black and white .
  8. coyote hunter it is not my agender to have a slagging match ,we should all be singing from same sheet, but negative comments after the event help no one, especialy the lads involved ,atb.
  9. wheaton said what i was thinking ,but i can be more abrubt,i am a bit thick atb.

  15. interested in this cross, got my lad one for bushing/ferreting ect, his is more or less a half cross, earth&hound i know jp and am not knocking him or his dogs but your comment was a bit strong ,there are some lads out there with decent bull/whips i know 3 lads that keep em and work em every week,1 of them is on this site, dont think there the best cross around but theyare handy little dogs, atb.

  20. raymond i dont have much experience of the breed, and i aint asian, but did breed large amounts of quail at one time and types of game, this brought me into contact with asian lads that liked the francolins, black and greys seemed there favorites, also there is some i think known as yellow throated.some were kept as house pets, that run around like a pet dog and had a small cage for sleeping in ect, think some hold comp/shows for francolins in there home country, but as you stated all my quail ect were kept on wire.
  21. as said can be noisey, but thats what they are kept for,by some people there calling.
