i use them adjustable painters roller poles for doing ceilings they work really well.

i havnt got one of the cass crow call things but i do have a cd with calls on an just plug speakers in to a walkman aint really used it yet so dont know if it works. yeh al keep you posted on how it goes headin out about 7 tomorrow mornin an al sit it out till i get bored trying different things.

Hi just jumping on the thread here i have been asked to shoot some crows tomorrow problem is that i dont really know how to go about it??? i have decoyed them over drilling an barley etc but where this is they are nailing lambs (about 40 ish in the past week an a half) an its only grass if i was to put a pattern out would they still come in the same or would i be better off putting out an owl for them to mob??? or just try an pick them off with a rifle???? or try one of these callers?? any ideas?

hahaha thats old age now its starting to take over!!!! harold steptoe , of the isle of man I have just been on the phone to him an he said that you could of told him so you could of got his better side ha. (dont think he has one though ugly which ever way you look at him) he would of done a little pose an everything!!!!

Just jumping in on this thread as were talkin about crow decs what is the best cartrige to use i have just come back this morning from shooting crows using 32g size 6 hull sterling game and was noticing that i was hitting alot but not taking them down is the shot to big or am i just crap????

Alright lads just jumping on the thread here as we are talking about bipods. I have a bsa super ten bull barrel an was thinking of getting a bipod for it i have never see a super10 with one on so i was just wondering if it is possible to be done?? Thanks Jim.

Yeah you still can indeed some of the lads i know got some quite impressive pistols like dirty harry jobs haha.

I doubt it would apply to you unless there is a clause which says it applies to Crown Dependencies too, as the Isle of Man is not part of the UK(officially). The Act applies to Great Britain, is the IofM part of GB? If I were you I would find out via the Tynwald in some form as this is the only way to be sure. Well yeah it is in some ways an not in others hard to say really if we are part of GB. But yes i will take your advice an go see about it many thanks as well for all the good tips!! i will be trying them out tomorrow morning if all is good weather wise. fingers crossed.

An as we are talking about these callers do you no if this law is throughout the whole Uk as i live on the isle of man would the law apply over here???

many thanks for that. so whats the best way to start off av got some plastic decoys about half a dozen or so put them out an swap them for the dead ones as i get them?? An when you say random pattern anywhere faceing the wind or is wind direction not that important with crows? an what sort of size pattern is best?

This season i have been asked to shoot afew drilled fields on the crows as i have not really done this properly before i was just wondering if anyone could give me some pointers as i wouldnt mind getting into it abit more?? best decoys, pattern, callers, field craft, ect that sort of stuff. any help would be most greatful. many thanks Jim.

Well i was thinking of doing it my self got a dvd on how to do it on ebay an av got all the tools i will need. I was just wondering if it was worth doing??? F.t.t never heard of them??

Hello all just a question to see if anybody has the BSA SUPER10 bull barrel?? What are the best sort of pellets for this airgun i have tried afew but dont seem to get a consistant performance out of them.
