thanks guys i know shes a bit young just wanted a bit of info that was all she will learn i just hate going out and leaving her at home dont think thats fair so she comes with me now over the moon with her and having her retrieve a few things is a great feeling as its my first dog thanks again sean

hi guys looking for some help. i have my pup doing the basics like sit stay and recall. this ive got spot on around the house ,garden. ive recently started taking her the odd walk with the shotgun and she loves it. shes retrieved 4 crows and a few pigeons excellent. the problem is just the last two times ive been out i cant get her to sit with me at a tree waiting on pigeons its quite frustrating because she just wanders about a little and comes back with a stick lol i know shes a pup but any help would be great. thanks sean

hily at the edg of a wood and i know what your saying about the gun but she loves it her tail goes [bANNED TEXT] somethings in sight its quite funny. im over the moon and thats just the begining il get pics next time guys cheers sean -
hi guys just thought id post i got a 6 month old lab which chipped her bone 6 weeks ago and is now getting there. took her out a walk with the gun for her 1st time. my mate took his spaniel too. bit of roost shooting. anyway she retrieved 3 crows out of 5 as 2 landed over a fence. thing is only thing i do is play with a ball with her i didnt expect her to retrieve the crows so easy. she flushed 2 pheasants aswell which i left what do you guys think??? cheers sean

hi i would have done this no probs but i only just got a lab and shes only 10 weeks old now. cant wait to get her trained up and stuff. maybe next year if your doing it again. cheers sean

yeah doing alright. she sits sometimes when i tell her but jus really started properlly with her. was giving her time to settle. will keep you updated. cheers sean -

hi guys was out for ducks tonight and what a good nite it was to. only got 4 but there was a load of ducks around and hitting another pond on my permission. we jus stayed at the 1st pond though as there was a few coming into it to. was pretty chuffed as i was wanting a duck to see what the pup would be like with it (she was very interested) the 1st ducks that came in there was 6 and boom boom i dropped a pair of mallards. gave the gun to my mate he got one the next flight that came in. my other mate was down abit he got a pair to. so all in all a good nite. out again tomowrrow to another po

ive added you now dogdigger thanks alot. what do you mean how is she bred? sorry this is my 1st dog so have to get into dog languauge if u catch what im meaning lol. thanks again to all replys need as much help as possible. hopefully i train her good enough cant wait to have her out shooting with me cheers sean

hi guys just got myself a lab pup (bitch) its my 1st dog and i really am keen on training her up because i need and want a gundog. just tryin to train her to pee on paper just now. ive heard about people training too early and i dnt want to do that. thing is when should you start training her to sit and other things?, any help would be great shes only 8 weeks tomorrow. cheers sean

great stuff yeh it was around 20yrds up shot it all down the neck and chin. 2 pellets in body so i was well chuffed cheers sean
