  2. Hi guys been working on this the past week and im defo getting somewhere. I let her have it and walk around and also done a few retrieves each session. She is now bringing it to me walks around me once then tell her to sit and she comes into me and sits. Still need to work on it though to get it perfect. One question she turns her head away as i try to take it from her with the command dead any ideas how to help this part Sean

  5. Hi guys im going to check out a part of the clyde to hooefully get a few morning flights on was wondering if anyone is up for it?   7. Hi guys ive been out on the shore twice and had one shot which i downed a mallard drake. Looking for some tips / advice. Theres plenty mallard wigeon and teal whats the best way to set up. Im a bit weary walking on the flats when tides out any tips there aswell.? Thanks sean
  8. Ok thanks went out 2nite with her and tried letting her have it like walk around with it for a while then shout her in and id get her to sit and she gave me it 3 to 4 times. Really hope this will work as shes good other than that

  10. Hi she come intowards me then stays around 15 feet away and lies down sometimes has a nibble on it. Shes same with dummy. If its a water retrieve and im at edge of water she comes to me. Any help would be appreciated Sean
  11. Hi guys looking for some help. My dog is good in the field.she finds what i shoot and picks it no bother. The problem is when she comes running back she wont give me it. She is 2 1/2 years old. Is it to late or what? Any help would be great Thanks sean

  15. piano man thats a shit post mate. ive had springers before and id say theres not that much difference. but the pcp is better i think because you have multishot and is quieter shooting wise anyone can hit a bullseye with a springer. the guys asking info and your giving none whatsoever boots i would do what the other guys said which is go and have a look at guns but i personally think pcp is the way to go if you have a the funds cheers sean

  17. hi guys been friends and helpin out a game keeper for 2 years and its been great. really payed off this year though as he asked me how id feel about doing it all on my own (im 25). well obv i said yess and so far its being going good with the ducks and pheasants. been shooting a few foxes too. the partridges come tomorrow and thats us got the lot but really enjoying doing it on my own its been amazing. anyone else had the pleasure??? cheers sean

  20. hi guys wondering if some one could help me out here. my 8 month old is alergic to nettles and was wondering if theres anythin to solve this or help? shes ok when shes in them its not until im home for about 1/2 hour then she starts moaning and chewing her paws and going a little mad. ive been giving her piriton 4mg andit does help a little. any help would be brill. thanks sean

  22. hi guys was wondering which is the best way to teach to heal pups only 12 weeks but want her healing before shes big enough to pull me around her name is teal so should i change the word heal to something different because it sounds like her name.? thanks sean

  24. hi guys looking for a little help. was at the vets for 2nd jag for my little springer and the vet said she will need the jag in 2 weeks for corona virus. he also said theres a slim chance of a dog catching it. the thing is its due tomorrow which i will get done. could i take her out just now without having to worry???? also how do they catch it??? any help would be great. thanks sean
