  3. Has the trap been sprung also?? Sounds to me like Mr.Mole is backfilling your trap......
  4. the clue was in the title "best bait for live trapping foxes Yer, great response to a guy actually giving some alternative's- albeit from the other side of the pond. And yes there is more than one way to live capture and fox, not just a cage !! How about a snare, how about the collarum (which BPS or 120-2 is trialling) !! Its a pretty good guess that the OP was talking about cage trapping, but its not specifically mentioned, so give the guy a break for a useful post. You never know we might learn something from it....
  5. One other thing DD, there only appears one way of contacting you i.e via the customer list form. I would say that not having at least a phone number will put some people off?
  6. I've been trying the website for about a month now and its been off-line all that time ...
  7. There is Fenland Country Fair on, but by god its a fair way to travel for you
  8. I think you will find that most pest controllers, where appropriate, will actually try and relocate bee's rather than destroy them.
  9. Hi Mate, Had a few from them and can confirm that the ones I have had are the 'real deal'. But if you are worried just give them a call to check before you part with your hard-earned..
  10. Have to agree, just read the original thread and someone has mentioned £500!! If you want a more realsitic pricing have a look at this thread from the Hunting Life I know they are discontinued and all that but lets get a little bit real here
  11. I think there a few of us from round Cambridgeshire so I should say so Why you asking??
  12. Hi Mick, Who are they made by/or where did you get them from?? Are they all serviceable/usable condition?
  13. I would be very intrested to know which 'law' you are referring to here... So are you also saying it's illegal to smoke out rats?? If your intention was to asphyxiate the mole with Carbon monoxide/dioxide then indeed you would be breaking the law by using an unapproved chemical. However, the post only alludes to flushing the mole out?
  14. I was going to offer to come and do them for you mate, but you are a bit too far away to be honest. It'll nearly be a 100 mile round trip (!)
  15. Where abouts are you mate?? I know you said mid-norfolk, but how far from say Kings Lynn? PM if you want
  16. Dont quite get understand what you are getting at here..?? The websites look the same as they are probably from stock web design templates which have then beeen populated with the owners content i.e. the format and layouts will be similar then you can change colours, add photo's, move bits around etc to suit. And the last website you mention www.greysquirrelcontrol.co.uk is actually owned by a bloke who frequents this site quite regularly. I wont name him.....
  17. Were you receiving payment for having the dog..??? This text is copied from the DEFRA website: Animal Boarding Establishments Act 1963 Establishments where the boarding of animals is being carried on as a business are subject to the 1963 Act, which requires such establishments to be licensed by the local authority. For the purpose of this Act the keeping of such establishments is defined as the carrying on at any premises, including a private dwelling, of a business of providing accommodation for other people's cats and dogs. The licence is granted at the discretion of the loca
  18. Hmm interesting. Over zealous council officilas no doubt. How did they come around to be thinking that you were boarding dogs???? Surely you werent boarding them though.............I suspect that you had indeed purchased the dog from you friend, and as such it was therefore your's. However, after two weeks or whatever it became apparent that the dog did not get on with your current ones. Therefore, the previous owner i.e. your mate, being a responsible dog owner took the said dog back off of you?.
  19. If you want to split I would be interested in more details for the Baikal Hushpower.
  20. Don't go nowhere near that website, they aren't genuine traps, they are cheap copies. I didnt have the heart to say it so left it to you guys, but basically 1) "you buy cheap you buy twice" 2) technically those 'fen' traps, and probably the bodygrips, are not approved for use 3) the bloody things will rust/sieze in a short time 4) Buy British (!)- it'll be slightly more expensive but will do the job, last ages and.....it'll keep the money going round in our Country rather than someone elses..
  21. Maybe he's set them on the side where the rabbits are trying to get through from rather than the side they have been excluded from
