    GBM that's interesting about the ProPlan. I'd heard good things about it in Canada as well. The only reasons I've not reintroduced dry are because 1) the ingredients are usually crap and 2) stools are always so huge and smelly. Since switching off of dry, my stoop-and-scoop chores are far more pleasant Try it LG it is REALLY good food! and they're always doing deals on it like £10 off or 3kg extra free or free feed bin.     Me and my partner have an animal feed shop and hear all the feedback from customers and companies. Also having a feed shop we have tried most feeds where we have been given free bags by reps. So far the best one we've found is Pro Plan...not cheap but its good... Our pups at the mo are having ProPlan puppy and chicken wings/carcasses and look amazing. A friend of ours who won at the Midland Game Fair used to use Beta Greyhound at £11 a sack...tried Pro Plan (adult we sell at £37) before Midland Game Fair and couldn't believe the difference in his dogs. No such club in my eyes.JR club ??? should be ashamed to call themselves that..Prize money for ours is £100 for both the champions.The judges will not be mates who pick mates.They will be working judges Haha is that a dig at the last show the club hads judge. I must admit a 10 min drive vs a 1hr30min drive I know which one I'll be going for!! Have you got your judges lined up yet Donny?

    Youre right Wilko it is a personal thing and some people on here slate them cos they think its just a fashion but hey some people love black dogs as you say but personally I love chocolates (dogs and the cadbury sort!! lol) As you say just personal preference at the end of the day. How the one in your avatar bred? Looks very smart and nice stamp.

    Thanks. The mum was given to me and have been told various stories of her breeding so now not sure! The dog I used belongs to the terrierman from my local hunt. His a chocolate dog from a long line of chocolates apparently. He must be what 10 yo now...did well showing in his day too apparently. Thought your bitch only had one pup??? . Yeh she had one which you know who was owed and was so pissed off as was really smart so put her back to same dog and got SIX!! no logic is there!!?? Really happy though as

    we showed our pups of 5months a charlie the other half had shot. They didn't need no encouragement and stormed in... Next month I'll start putting my rat cages out at our yard and see if I can catch a few to give them a play with. But definately agree they need to be pups while they're young

    mine chases his tale and bites it but doesn't draw blood tho he sits with his jaw clamped on it for ages, i thought it was maybe because it had been docked and it was like an old scab itching That is really like what Spike does. He will hold it and scream. But he has bitten it... Someone said to me the other day that sometimes if the skin is too tight over the docked bit it irritates them?? Never heard of this before

    My mate had patterdale bitch that used to chase its tail every day, she was crazy too. Am sure its a janetic thing and cant be cured. Lol!!
