possibly but this land is no where near any houses its all just farm land and woods but you could be right,the double barbed wire at the top wasnt cut on any of them,it was just the fencing itself

was out last night on my usual walk only to find that three different fences had been cut completely down,i no it is hard enough to get permission around my neck of the woods but this will only make matters at lot worse.a gate to one of the fields was only ten yards away from one of the cut fences,am not going to ramble on but why the feck do some people do this sort of thing,this fence has only just replaced the old one so the owner wasnt best pleased when he seen the damage done today.ive been on this land for twenty years and have always used gate access,its obviously been done by someone
