i had a two and a half year old greyhound that would do hares all day but one hare i remember took the piss after a couple of minutes coursing the hare found another gear and left my dog for dust that was a big fecker of a hare i have people on here that were there at the time who will vouch for that some dogs will be and are outclassed by some hares full stop

havent seen any hares around barrow area for years although there are a lot of fox in and around the area

its not really hard ground mate the grass is quite tall and as i said hes not running many at the moment just the odd one every week or so thanks for the comment tho alb martync

took my pup outl last night for some lamping,hes six months old now standing at 19 tts ive just started him giving him the odd chase,i cannot believe how quick of the mark he is for his age he got up on an adult bunny last night which he turned three times before it ran into cover,he needs a little bit of recall training still but other than that he will jump,retreive ect no wonder why they are called pocket rockets he is lightning fast i am guessing he will be catching at the seven month mark or there abouts are there any beddywhippet owners that have pups that are progressing like this com
