  1. The 3 countersunk that fit the unit onto the mounting bracket- anyone know what size they are and where to get replacement? B&Q didn't, suggesting wickes. Cheers.
  2. Cheers fellas, will order one at weekends
  3. Anybody use them/ do they work?
  4. Vaccination time for the 2nd batch due to start lambing beginning of next month. The vaccine is given 6-4 week before lambing as the lamb then benefits from the vaccine via the ewes colostrum. As always, BCS as I go along & arguably more importantly for this group as they will be lambing outdoors with no concentrated feed, just some silage (and muddy wet grass! ? )
  5. Good to hear rabbit numbers are looking bit healthier recently. I know they can & have been pest proportions in past, but struggle to see many round here last 5 or so years.
  6. I'm still alive & whinging too. Same as Stav though, work is just all time consuming at the minute (f***ing rain). But unlike stav, I always put in a shift & a half!! I have done bit of paper punching zeroing with the 008lrf on my t-bolt. Once I take it out after some mice & I'll write you a report SD
  7. What's the next stage for them, do you retain your own ewe lambs?

  13. And add into that mix the length of time it actually takes a single car to fully re-charge, not as simple as holding petrol nozzle in for 3 minutes. Enjoy your time in God's own country (born & bred North Wales boy!!)
  14. Have one already mate & just brought a new one, find they are more effective for crows than drop down ones.
  15. @Sausagedog this is a GWCT quote. What about ammunition for: rifle target shooting, including with muzzle loading and historic arms, clay shooting and live quarry rifle shooting (including pest control and large game shooting)? Viable alternatives are being researched. Where lead ammunition is used in a contained environment, such as a range, or there is an absence of reasonable alternatives, we feel lead should continue to be used.

  17. Will it work if raised off ground? (on a flat bed trailer etc) to keep nosey sheep out of it!! I've had success using top entry like this & catch magpies, but not sure if crow will hop in side entry if not on ground? Cheers
  18. Maybe not just shotguns after all... https://www.shootinguk.co.uk/guns/ammunition/lead-alternatives-for-deer-stalkers-111060
