  1. Exiled to Nottinghamshire I'm afraid. The nice bit, away from the knives & stab vests!!
  2. Scanning the in lamb ewes today, always bit of a nervous day. More twins than singles but still more singles than I'd have liked. Only 3 empty though, & they all pedigree so give them another run with tup.
  3. Yes mate, for all intends & purposes it's a 007. Work better on low/mid price scopes. Obviously it'll effect eye relief one way or another but they're handy bits of kit.
  4. I'm like some fiddle player mate, and whatever tune I pick I can make them dance, dance, dance!! ???
  5. It's nice to see you both checking in!
  6. Agreed. I wouldn't wanna be a kid again, with social media etc these days. But (unless you have some agenda) surely you can appreciate how much more exposure to hetro relationships kids pick up on. They can talk to parents or older siblings. Most schools have dedicated access for kids these days to ask questions. It is more common, of course & yeah it's the "norm" so it's all around them. And I wouldn't want that any different. But it's not fair for anyone, doing something legal & consensual, to be made to feel like they are a wrong 'un.
  7. Flip that around - what if a kid/teen already knows they're gay. But there is nothing anywhere that even suggests that's OK. That kid will grow up thinking they're wrong to feel that way, there's something to hide, be ashamed of. Imagine your kid living their life as a lie, a miserable, frightened & confused life. Thats why it has to be on tv. That's why they have pride. And that's why footy players should show their support. Speaking as a dad of 3, when they are older, I'd much rather any of my kids be happy, in love & feel loved, whatever the gender of their partner.
  8. I felt posh today, so made brunch at half 10. Chilli con carne omelette ?
  9. And that's the key bit John mate. I actually agree with you - I don't like seeing two fellas kissing in films etc (I've not really watched the dance show, ya poof! ??) But then I don't really like seeing a bloke & girl snogging either, and unless it's a porno, then I never feel sex scenes really add much to a good film. What winds me up in life is unacceptance to differences & discrimination. My son is disabled. Since having him in our lives, we've experienced proper discrimination on several occasions. And wow, it's a horrible, horrible feeling. If someone is decent,
  10. Nah.... not my area of expertise.
  11. Phew, good job you cleared that one up for me!
  12. Ribbons tied it shut hasn't it?? ?
  13. How you gonna open that door now?? ??
  14. ??? No, I don't. I'm obviously not gay. But, if I was, I wouldn't be ashamed of it. I've got couple of good mates that are gay. Theyre top lads, funny, brave, can handle themselves in a scrap. All whilst being gay, can you believe! Had another mate topped himself at 19yrs old because of the fear of it becoming common knowledge. A lad twice the man you could ever be. You throw "gay" around as an insult, like some below average IQ school yard bully. But in reality, to people who are gay, it's not more insulting than stating any other fact about someone. I'd sooner someone 'ac
  15. No, that could be potentially risky ️️ (not to mention messy!)
  16. I don't really like fish tbh....wish I did. Mrs & kids ate the fish said it was fine.
  17. Knew you'd know, cheers mate. And urgh!!!
  18. Bit of a weird one... anyone (maybe @South hams hunter ) know what this little thing is? Prawn?? Was in with a pack of shop bought sea bass....
