  1. One dog pulling and holding a mature red stag single handed? Not doubting you just clarifying what you're saying as others are on about 2 dogs and boar etc.
  2. I've got a litter sister here and can't fault her. Keen as mustard, makes my walks much more interesting and gives the lurchers plenty of work. Certainly not a one trick pony. Ferrets well, works any cover, has worked with the gun, retrieves off water. I would have another tomorrow...
  3. I only do rabbits mate. Wouldn't slip on one of them reds if I had all of my dogs with me. Lol
  4. Nice pics mate. Your pup has done some growing since here Trigger...
  5. Fantastic pics them. I'm up your neck of the woods the next few days with the dogs. Hope the land is half as nice as that. What a place. All the best NL ?
  6. I will be comparing the 2 tomorrow night mate. Not with MIK mind. Gonna be on some real big land with my D Lloyd 150, D Lloyd 120 and the lightforce blitz 240. Unfortunately I won't be back on to post my findings. Just about had enough of the muppets on here so gonna say goodbye. It's a shame cuz there's some top lads on here and I enjoy posting my pics. But it's hot around my area at the moment. Wildlife copper is on the ball. I've had knocks on the door before and the last thing I need is people who haven't got a clue what they're talking about posting absolute nonsense. It just draw
  7. You look 10 years younger Ken. Nice one ?
  8. It was called sarcasm. I wouldn't ask you what the weathers doing. Like I said on the other thread I'm done ?
  9. But it's okay for you to keep quizzing me about what dogs I've had, what they were good at??? But not prepared to say what your previous usernames have been when you've only been on here 6 months??? Ive never killed any fat things on a golf course. So again not got a clue what you're talking about. You sure know a lot of nothing. I'm done. You're a dangerous fella posting the type of stuff you post online. Have a good season. Over and out.
  10. You sound like a proper bushing guru. I will make a note of it and come to you with my questions in future ?
  11. Well you can't please all the people all the time ? You're trying tell me what dogs I've had and what work my dog has seen. You're the one talking about things you know nothing about fella ? I will ask you again as you didn't answer before. What user names you had before this one?
  12. I wasn't implying it would f**k off for miles. Just questioned why you would want hound blood for working small hedgerows and bits of bramble? Never mentioned them running off or having bad recall...
  13. Not sure where I've said I know everything about bushing? I was posting pics of my bushing dog on here in 2010 so not sure where you get that plummer was my first busher but hey ho. We're all still learning aren't we ? And as for her having 2 seasons? What's that all about? She's 20 months old and had hardly been out when I got her. Lol. Like I say. We're all still learning ?
  14. It depends what you need and the land you hunt doesn't it. I've got no use for beagle blood at all where I work my dogs at the moment. If that changed in the future then maybe my need for beagle blood would also ?So what kind of land do you need to run beagle x's on then Gaz?I woud imagine big moors and hill sides? What would you need beagle blood for in small fields and woods? I work the same/similar land to Navek and he's spot on above I reckon. I work similar land to and I doubt there's much that would beat a beagle X at this game there made for te job, you imagined wrong Gaz but l
  15. I've no plans to breed from mine fella and certainly ain't saying its a world beater. She just cropped up when I was after a busher and does the job for me. Better than a terrier X spaniel or beagle X spaniel? I dunno. But she does okay.

  20. Far better options about.I hope one day a bull bites you on the arse so you have a real valid reason to dislike em so much I like Bulls i also know that far better options are available to any bushing enthusiast,id not place a bull or its x in my top 50 bushing companions because thats the level they are at,there are at least 49 better options and i still like Bully,s.
