    well done mark,i take mine out about two hours every day.lamp them about three times a week ,most nights dont even see 20 rabbits,catching 6 is a good night for me .can,t blame the dog the stuffs not here,the only permission ive got is two golf courses.but i,m happy dog does well,hard rabbits to catch but he still does me proud.i wish i could get him on some good ground,but too far to travel and i cant drive as im only 16.wait till i get my licence next yearl lol.best of luck to you in the competition.

    Just Wondering what size you think my pup will end up, hes 20" inch at 4 and a half months, Hes a ( 3/4 greyhoundcollie ) X ( deerhound/whippet x beddywhippet/greyhound )

    sounds like sarcoptic mange mate,vet will give you a wash that usually gets rid of it in two weeks treatment

    thanks for the comments lads ... the golf course rabitts are fly around my area and its harder for the dogs to wheel on that grass. If he was on rough ground he would have a lot more because i know people that have lamped the same golf course that have good dogs and caught nothing And before someone asks the breed hes a 3/4 whippet/deerhound x grey/alsation/whippet and stands about 23 or 24"

    brilliant lurchers,taking game twice the size of a fox without bull in them.think they would be great single handed fox dogs over here with the nose theyve got, if it wasn,t banned. great pics keep them coming

    pasta and brown bread put weigyt on also a spoon of cod liver oil in his meat every second day,make sure you keep him worm free. all the best with your dog

    sounds like a good cross mate, but the pup can throw any way, I have a 3 and a half old pup which is only 1/16 bedlington and it looks almost like a full bedlington. Dam is a ( 3/4 hancock greyhound/beardieborder ) Sire is a ( beddywhippet/greyhound x deerhound/whippet )

    watched the film snatch the other night,was just wondering where they got the lurchers for the coursing scene from,has someone on here owned the dogs that were used,just out of curiosity if they were did they get paid
