Last litter I bred was from a black bitch I have here to black and tan dog breed from our old stuff bitchs parents were black and tan but through this black bitch she had 4pups all dogs 2 black and tan and 2 black all being dug to we seem to have a lot of dog pups in these and very few bitchs that's why I used the black bitch for this litter getting harder to find decent bitchs to use mate has got one at minute only young won't be 2 until august but we have dug a lot of stuff with her so hopefully the future looks ok

Your right there should only be tested very good stock

That's pretty much the code myself and most I know live by. But you have to wonder will what your doing now preserve working Lakies or eventually lead to it's diminishing and dying out? Surely not breeding from very high quality bitches is more damaging to working lines than if pups were free or not? B breeding from poor stock is only for those that want to get rich I only breed from tested stuff for the love of the dogs not the love of the coin

There are a few about but VERY few and getting harder to find me and couple of mates keep a couple each and can trace them back a fare way we only breed a litter when we need to and pups go between us or any others go to working homes were we can keep in touch but as said money ruins everything so no money changes hands

Quick Pic Of The Young Terrier

They were probably just white bodied working terriers as we're 90 per cent of all terriers then if you had a coloured terrier then you were known as a flash ba..ard -

My boy has a first cross beddy greyhound. Very game dog but as first cross sometimes just needs a little bit more pace still takes a lot of stuff just finished his 3rd season very pleased with him we may try putting him across bitch in year or two if we need to -
