Hi mate there was an nice one around late Nember but i haven't seen him around for a while. Rumour has it that some dogs have been run in the area so i'm hoping he's just 'on holiday' elsewhere. I took a nice young buck at the same ground last Friday (my first!) so i'm hoping the does mark territory and draw some more in as the shootable area of the farm only boils down to about 50 odd acres.

HI mate ! regarding the open ticket, my feo said all police forces are have different variations to All rules and regs but on the open ticket side of things it was said that as long as all lands that are police approved ie on their system for use with the caliber in question, and also down to the "Professional" holding the fire arm in question doing the correct checks on the land

G day Mr logic!! i too am after a new 243 and was steering in the tikka direction as i have a a few before and better the devil you know! But i am thinking of the blaser? as its a very light and comfortable rifle to work with. Let me know how you get on. ss
