  6. Mate theres no reason why not! i have shoot loads of pigeons with 7.5's if it can dust a clay at 40yds+ then it will knock the wind out of a bird! and the gravity should do the rest :laugh:

  9. i picked mine up 2nd hand about 6 years ago its a sigle trigger 28" barrel and is a top shottie! and best of all it cost £200 with 4 boxes of carts :notworthy:
  10. you can use his rifle under the supervision only you can not take his rifle out with out HIM!
  11. all depends on your budget mate! you cant go wrong with a baikel cheap and solid!

  14. Its a good round mate but not that good! you wont get a consistent grouping within the tolerance! also what distances are you trying? Try the lapua,slightly more expensive but if your looking for tight groups then I think they might be better

Good afternoon all! i have been shooting for approx 10 years mainly rabbits/fox and feather, and have also been very lucky to attend a fallow cull a few time's on a large estate near me at the mo i am using a tikka t3 laminate 223 (not for deer) but have used a friends blaser with him on a few outings! and is a very nice rifle in 308. I now have come to the point where i wpuld like to branch out into the stalking world more and have started to look for a new rifle to add to the fac! I do understand that it is "better" to have DSC1 status! :sick: But i am not wanting to do this as i wwould

  20. Hi all I am looking at a new 243! and am thinking of the duro touch stock! it's my fisrt 243 so any thoughts a "ideal" first!! have about 600 ish to spend!
