  1. Sorry matey i havent got any of the items from your list for sale. The best advise for your gloves though is get down to your local fishing tackle shop. They should sell neoprene gloves, maybe in cammo if your lucky. If not olive green should be fine. They are wind and waterproof and very warm. The index finger end and the thumb end peel back, this is handy when reloading. Make sure that the palms have some grip as plain neoprene offers very little. If you buy from a shop you can try them on and make sure that they are the correct fit, and more importantly take them back if the

  3. Are you the fella off of the telly?

  4. I agree fully that they want more hard earned from you, but whats the common fault?
  5. Im fed up with paying a fortune for lamps which after a short space of time, with use, become faulty. Im not getting at over priced replacement parts, ie fuses at a few quid for 5 or bulbs at £ stupid prices. If you know where to look most parts can be obtained at a fraction of the price. Why would you spend £70 plus on a lamp and then rewire it? Myself and others i know have been through countless wiring leads, All within warranty but yet have broke or become faulty. I have sent some back within warranty, which have been replaced. Some however, have not due to being missused??
  6. Yes it is good, but only if applied under a controlled and monitored course of application.
  7. Most professional use only products that agricultural pharmacists stock can and will be sold to farmers, this includes alli phos. No questions asked. The term that is used is the old man rule. I have questioned this and its the same old tale wherever i go. I have had to provide my certs in order to purchase from them. I feel the thought is that its for agricultural use and the farmer is only going to use it on his own property. I have often seen many cases of incorrect application of rodenticides, but i suppose that is what makes the difference of a trained person applying the pr

  10. LOL Perhaps he is going to use that device to sort out peoples mice problems in their attics? http://www.thehuntinglife.com/forums/index...showtopic=67036 Super pestie
  11. Good piece of kit. I have had one for 5yrs and the only time its been back to BSA is for servicing. Has its pros and cons as i would guess many airguns have but it is a handy tool. Accurate and consistent when you find the flavour of pellets it likes, mine prefers accupell only. They are good for shooting from a motor due to their size and are reasonably ballanced. The problem with the barrel size is that it is loud and the standard silencer from BSA is shite, so an upgrade is a must. A new silencer will not make it silent though. A bullbarrel may be the better option. You woul
  12. Wow thats amazing What are you going to do with these results? Are you going to publish them or do you have some more research to do? You could perhaps sell the survey results to familly fortunes.
  13. A quick question. jbsw Are you running a public survey on hunting and pest control teqhniques? Just seems most of your posts are fact finding. What would you do with mice in the attic or squirrels. Lets have it textbook! What do you do with your ferrets? Not being derogatory just interested to know. atb

  16. What rifle is it matey?
  17. Sorry to hear, hope all goes well and ive donated a touch
  18. Have you got the correct spring for the rifle? As said the trigger may need adjusting to cope with the pressure of the spring. Does your rifle have an adjustable trigger? A chronograph is an instrument for measuring the output of a rifle. Letting you know weather its within the legal limit. All ox springs do warn on the packet that they may take your rifle over the legal limit.
  19. Hello and welcome to the forum, There may be a little truth in what your old boy told you, but it will be the other way around. If you were not to shoot them with a R in the month then you would be culling during late spring and summer, which is generally the breeding season for a good percentage of wildlife. I am sure it would have been the other way around, to give them chance to breed. Rabbits do a good deal of breeding through the spring and summer months but can breed all year round, depending on their habitat, food source and weather. The female rabbit can also decide weather o
  20. e/bay look under REALTREE good jacket Beaware with some sold on ebay!! They claim to be realtree but are poor copys and the sizes are to cock. Compare the prices to say Deben and you think your getting a bargain but the quality speaks for itself. However, you may find a bargain but make sure its genuine. Get down to your local fishing tackle shop or something similar, then you can see what your buying and more importantly take it back if its shite!!
  21. Put it back togeather and send it back to BSA!! Unless your an A1 gunsmith or pnumatic engineer your opening pandoras box. Get a valve at the incorrect alignment or a seal poorly fitted then you could have the equivilent pressure to whats in a wagon tyre taking your eye out or worse. Not to mention getting giddy and tinkering it to FAC. You may be an A1 gunsmith or a pnumatic engineer and therefore i apologise, But if you were you wouldnt be here asking. Ring BSA direct and discuss your fault with their technition and they may send you out a schematic drawing. Obtaining the

  24. Guts out, without a doubt. When you are carrying large numbers of rabbits about you dont need that excess weight. Not to mention that its a lot more mess to clean up and get rid of at home, if you leave the guts in. Theres my vote for you
