  3. normarly the case with mine bolttle one up at 3ft wont stay long , bottle one up 8-9-12 ft bloody stay allday , but i have got one jill that will stay for a long time to a bottled up rabbit have had to leave her and go back the next day a couple of times where i just couldnt get to her, plus i think how many ferrets , rabbits in the warren at one time can play a big part to how long some will stay for

  7. start with 2 rows of 12 then 3 rows adding 2 a row then 10 rows of 18 then 3 rows decreaseing 2 a row finish with 2 rows of 12

  10. had a look around the same place i went last time tonight had my young bitch out again and also put my 50 watt bulb in being nice and dark, got to the first field and she picked the first two up so went to get the game carrier out of my pocket and realised id left it in my other jacket so it was leggem and through the rucksack handles she run well again and is really starting to learn the crack now and really pleased with her, ending the night with 15 cheers

  14. had a look out last night local to me, was raining fairly heavy when i set off so got to where i was going and sat in the car till it eased of abit when it did i set off but to be fair it was still to heavy for an hour or so but once i was out in it i just carried on, a few rabbits about but alot of the fields are just drillings with no shoots comming through yet so only picking up the odd rabbit out on these but got to a couple of medows and started getting a few runs and finished with 12 , a bit to wet to start with should have left abit later but had some sport cheers
  15. have you tried adjusting the bulb either pulling it out abit or pushing in it
  16. id of thought if a dog was starting at the start of the season it would probarly have a higher catch rate on there first to if they started back end of the season when running there first , but some dogs are just natural and take to it like a duck to water imo
