  2. being young will help, her bones are still growing take it easy with the recovery only time will tell, but being young she has every chance
  3. you will find rabbits come at different times according to the weather, they seem to be able to tell if gonna piss down early,late,
  4. just look for somthing that sticks out abit that looks like a hare in its seat then likes been said have a look through the binos, its when there on the plough they take some spotting, its just that lighter brown colour back you want to see then game on they will lay in there seats allday till about 3,4 olcock then you will see them start to go on the move

  6. likes been said no harm in letting come out for a look,sniff at what the older dogs are getting we all do this im sure,but been there running pups well before they were ready when starting out as a teenger and couldnt wait and learnt from my mistakes, good thing come to those who wait
  7. i started him lamping at 3 1/2 mths had his first rabbit about a week later at that age a rabbit will blow the pup out the water wouldnt even get near it,
  8. only have it on at night when its really cold just takes the chill off
  9. i think alot depends on the ground, you might get away with a couple of runs on medowland when froze solid but still risky imo,but where we lamp its nearly all winter wheat,rape and tractor ruts every 50 yards and when this freezes solid and the old stones and flint dont move youd be plain crazy to run on it, but like i said each to there own
  10. been there when i was a teenager just eager to get out all you will achieve is ripped up stoppers and f****d toes, if i cant kick my heel in the ground in the garden i dont bother, just not worth it , but each to there own
