What styles are you learning mate???
alright mate ive only been going for a couple of weeks
ive been doing grapling , wrestling ,thai boxing ,brazilian jujitsu
thats it so far i really need to work more on cardio as its very hard
i thought i was fit because i use to go boxing but its a completly
different in that sense and you have to think about every little thing
that you do just 1 little mistake and thats it finished at least in boxing
if you make a mistake and get caught with acouple you could tie him up and
the ref would break it up where as in mma the ref isnt going to
