    I'm looking to buy a first cross Whippet X Bull or Whippet X Whippet/Bull bitch puppy. If first cross must be on the lighter side. Would also consider a strong heavier type of working whippet pup. I'm in East Yorks but would be willing to travel for right pup. Good home guaranteed. Can anyone help please?

    Double Coursing Slip for sale. Leather with brass fittings, spring loaded. Same style as used in park (not open) coursing meetings, but smaller. Ideal for medium size lurchers. Quite old (about 15 years), but little use. Well maintained and full working order. £50 no offers thanks. Buyer to collect or pay postage.     Hi, It's not only difficult to compare generations, but open coursing dogs with park types. Although I realise that in the latter years park dogs dominated the British coursing scene. I've seen some great dogs run over the years and the phenomenon that was Master Myles has to be of them. While I doubt Cashels Evening would make it into many people's top 10, or even top 100, for me she made the last Waterloo Cup meeting. Granted, she lacked pace, in fact she was led a furlong by the previous years winner in the opening course. But, the way she stuck to her hare, married to her, what seemed like
