    if that blade is stainless, it is very unusal in old saw blades,but if it was carbon ,the higher the carbon content the sooner the rust,the only way i can think that would have rusted that soon, if it was stainless of a high grade, would be contact with salt water.surface rust can be cleaned off,doesnt make it a bad knife,is it easy to sharpen will it take and hold a good edge thats more important than a bit of corrosion especially for the price. if he really just wants his money back id clean the knife up re sell it,take expenses and time out and give him the balance.put it down to experien

    no shepp take new runners every year and burn all old plants .. ..john Any tips on how to take runners? yes mate if you already have strawberry plants when they Finnish fruiting you will see runners these are long stems that the new plant will grow from get some plant pots ready with compost and secure the young plant at the end of the runner to the compost and they will take root you can then cut runner from the mother plant and put the young plant in the cold frame over winter and plant out in the spring and your other strawberry plants that you have taken cutting from give

    ive just had the last of my new potatoes out, and dug the ground over ,and seeded with carrots, ive been told this is o.k,not sure about the bags though,but i would of thought ,if the spuds were alright you should be safe. give it a go

    Not for me mate. The Wife's 'fe' Aberdeen, and my best mate & his Mrs come from Glasgow. I got the Wife's accent pretty quick, but it took me a few years to get the Glaswegian accent with any confidence, especially after a few 'See you, ya baw bag!' and all that, & it took me ages to work out what 'messages' they were always going to the shop to get. They just seemed to come back with bags of shopping, and no messages from anybody!
