Thanks for replies, took her to the vet and tumour of the spleen and the swelling is the tumour bleeding into the stomach.
Got to wait for her to pick a bit to have her spleen removed. Fingers crossed that she gets a bit stronger now.
Had her 13 years and hoping she pulls through
I would like to try a EBTx for something like that. I have a EBT and he has a great nose on him whereas the bullxs that I have are more sight hound and won't really track.
If I had kennel space I would try this breed out anyway as I think they would be good for me.
My 13 year old english x staff bull terrier has developed a swollen stomach. I don't think it's bloat as she doesn't have any of the other symptoms.
She still has an appetite but doesn't seem to want to do much and seems uncomfortable but not in pain.
Going to go to the vets in the morning with her but anyone got any ideas or experience with anything like this?

Free as friend bought for son as gift and not getting enough exercise now.
Would have it myself if I had kennel space.
The dog is located in Exeter, Devon.
I agree with this i think when your giving up as much size and strength as haye was going to against either klitchko you may as well give up a little bit more for a technically easier fight.I dont think haye could have beaten either klitchko myself but i give him a better than average chance of beating the russian.
I agree mate, think he would struggle against the Klitchkos.
