"if a dog aint started by 17mth it aint never guna be regarded as a gooden in my book " that is not what i am saying this is only my opinion but for a dog to be agooden to me it has to start early there are dogs that have and always will be why settle for anything else 17 mths is plenty you leave them much longer and more often than not its 2 late by then! in my opinion the best dogs start young regards just read back through the thread again and iam not saying they wont come on but personally i wont keep them past this age

    my lurchers get biscuits 2 days consecutive before a nights lamping then flesh on return home and rest of time young dogs get same only a puppy biscuit up to bout 6 mth aswell terriers are on flesh unless i aint none for me you carnt beat flesh as its the natural meal inwhich almost all types of animal needs to thrive its all about the amounts you feed them and at what times to feed it as it lays alot heavier and takes alot longer to clear them out where as biscuits its all out them by morning so its the balance of the two for me regards

    ya know there dead when there backs snapped in half surley...!! it does happen occaisionally seen numerous dogs do it but not consistently and not just cubs either just because you aint seen somet happen doesnt mean its immpossible regards

    someone who knows what there on about I believe its some sort of catolypsy but let me just say this when the right dog who knows his job hits them across the back instantspine dislocation its what ya call dead on impact .seen dogs with this method and its usually an inherent style of killing in some strains,And these types are best run single so they can aquire the knack.atb bunnys.

    its litter sister was apparently alot beter allround dog also i heard there sire was abit of a meany didnt get out of pen much folf used to fetch foxes and through them over wire for its dinner lol

    how do youse get it out the den once yous have dug down or out of the net without it having a go at you the ONLY fox i have ever dug out was shot but in that video they were just grabbing them by the scruff of the neck and dragging them out. or just standing back from the hole and letting it bolt. must of been a dead end or something.
