Cheers stubby will give that a go just looksed at the site and checked for services in my area and there are none that can only work to my advantage. being new to the sport it really helps knowing about things like this. thought i would mention though a years membership is ten pounds. thanks for the advice.
  2. well the distance you can get all depends on what you are shooting a decent pcp or old springer. with a pcp you will need to be within at least 30-40 yds. lamp on aim shoot dont mess about the longer it takes you to take aim the more likely he is to do a runner especially if the land is lamped often.. hop this helps Happy Hunting

  9. why did you guys not just break there necks a much more humane way than beting it with a pole i am sure a lot of you guys do this in the winter when out ferreting etc.. better to kil it quickly then have any animal suffer.

Hi willf11 gortex is a man made waterproof breathable material made using special techniques.. basically the reason it is breathable and waterproof is because the stich is made to small for water molecules to penetrate but large enough for oxygen... as oxygen is smaller than water.. hope this helps
  14. altough i am new to the sport when using an air rifle it pays to set up camp where you know there will be bunnies stay still and quiet you can take one after another this way without disturbing anything. the key to it is learn your gun once you know what it can do you will get better and better walk your quarry just before dark and learn the runs, find out where they feed that way you dont waste your night searching for them you already know where theyll be
