    I'm OFF

Hey up Wuzzie i don't think i've spoken to you before but you have the respect of most folk on this forum better the devil you know....meaning, if you go to another forum there will probably be more and dafter tawts than you've been having bother with on here so i reckon you'd be better staying here and don't associate with any of the eeejits by using the 'ignore' button Regards, John
  2. in derbyshire Hey up Whippetboy Could you be a little bit more specifc, anywhere near Chesterfield??, i'm very close to there... John

  6. cracking set of guns you have there John! the HW80 does it for me mate . Is it the MK1? the 's packs a fair punch way above most rifles . couldn't repeat yesterday and the day before's shooting! stood in the woods and took one shot at a squirrel and missed him totaly, also did the same with 2 more pigeon all good clean misses , must have got out of the wrong side of the bed mate but I recon its them horrible big fat .22 things playing up ... I'll be out again in a few minutes until Dark to see if I can make up for my shooting circus earlier.... Jasper Hey up Jasper
  7. :clapper: :clapper: john :notworthy:
  8. Very nice shooting (and account) Jasper, even if it was in the 'gay' calibre :black eye: here's my HW80 in the number one bore, you wouldn't want to get in the way of the 'little faggoty pellet' s'more 'baby' cal guns of mine all are 177cal, and they drop vermin with no difficulty al all john
  9. Whoever you use- don't be tempted by porcelfarce, they won't (knowingly) transport guns of any kind so if they lose it or damage it then they won't pay out any compensation the stupid bit is that they are part of the General Post Office yet the GPO WILL transport guns you can send them standard parcel and pay an extra £2 which will insure them for upto £200... i would have loved the 90 but i've just spent up on a BSA Goldstar john
  10. Hello Marty i've looked in your profile to see where you're located and can't find out, it may help your sale if you include where the gun would be picked up from regards, john
  11. Sorry for appearing a bit thick but- what is an aseel???? regards john
  12. i think prospective buyers would like to know where pickup would have to be made from?? john
  13. crikey- that looks a real bargain, shame you don't live in sheffield john...
  14. it could be leaking somewhere, to be sure find a large plastic bag that the gun will fin into and seal it with the gun inside, if the bag has become blown up after a few days then something is leaking... or it could possibly have not been charged fully... though 130 full power shots may be normal for the gun (dunno as i have never had an MFR) a question, why did you put this question in the sales section instead of the general airgun forum?? regards, john
  15. where would collection be from??? john
  16. i was doing it for free before, but now i may have to ask for a contribution towards time and cost when i get called out! lol yeah then get told to f**k off by people who thought they were getting a free service lol i caught a couple of rats for some woman and she gave me £5 towards peanut butter but tbh i was only doing it because she had a fit daughter as good a reason as any :clapper: john oh and WELL DONE VERMINATOR!!!!!!!
  17. here's a pic of my diana mod52 with my fenix slung below... from the blurb that came with it, it should be good for 225lumens with 2x cr123a (3.7volts) cells.. i use this occasionally for lighting up the (very high, 100') rafters at work to deal with a feral pigeon problem.. it's fantastic at it too i have bought two of the tesco torches (one for me and one for a mate) and both have developed problems in that they switch off occasionally and have to be shaken vigorously to come back on (also had the same problem with the fenix :censored: , i must be just unlucky with flashla
  18. i have plans and most of the parts to build one somewhere in the house but i abandoned the project as it involved winding a copper wire onto the end of a tube after each shot john
  19. what about a crosman ratcatcher, a very lightweight and short gun ideal for youngsters.. i had a king ratcatcher and swapped it with a fella in scotland for an Original mod50 after he posted some pics of his young lad struggling like mad with it, he regularly sends me messages telling how well he's doing with the little rifle, he brings in rabbits for the table on a regular basis (they're out in the middle of nowhere so the little 'un is doing his bit to keep the family fed!!) a pic of my ex- king ratcsatcher.... hmmm, thinking about it, i'm not sure whether they make a .17
  20. whereabouts would collection be from paulus?? john
  21. gun arrived today (very quick postage!) many thanks keith for a smashing deal!! regards, john
  22. hello woolyback i've had one for a few years now and can honestly say it's the best scope that i have owned it came S/H mounted on a stealth that i bought, a 3-9x40, the optics are superbly clear and though the gun has suffered a few knocks, the scope has never needed to be re-zeroed so i would say it;'s as sturdy as a professional lass from barnsley john
  23. dan i'm fairly sure there are too many numerals in that serial#, if it was just a G then it would be a mk1 and dated 1848/54 and would have a tap that opens as you cock the gun but i suspect it's GI which would mean it was produced between 1969/71 and would be a mk4... here'sa a resource that took me ages to type out, it gives info on old beesas, production dates, cal etc.. >bsa production dates< regards, john
  24. i bought an early mk1 (with the steel cylinder end cap, steel was only used for the first year so i'm led to believe), it was nowhere near as nice as yours and there were no sights whatsoever, it looks like you got a real bargain there some of my bootsale finds.. ASI Statical in .22cal webley junior webley junior mk2 (ally frame) early mod mk3 webley (.177) bsa airsporter mk6 (i sold this one now) webley hawk mk1 (i only have the .177 barrel) king rattie (now swapped for original mod50) there are others that i've acquired from the bootsales
  25. well done for sorting it, i had the same problems with mine, i wasn't pushing the bolt forwards with enough force and ended up with about 6/7 pellets jammed, i used a brass rod that i cout a coarse screw thread on and pulled the pellets out corkscrew style one at a time the gun was leaking when i bought it but it was suggested that i apply some silicon grease to the bottle O-ring, this seemed to cure it until i had to refill the bottle then no amout of the sticky stuff would seal it, i replaced the bottle seal with the correct size/hardness of seal to no avail then removed the big stain
