  6. What would be peoples preferences on docking the tails of pups from border cross terriers. A mates expecting some border/pat pups. Would you or wouldnt you dock the tails. Cheers. probably a silly question but im thinking of having one..

  10. Im no expert myself but it says that battery is for a camera, also its less than 100mm in size. The ah is also far to little to last even 5 minutes. If you could make a battery that size for lamping you would be a rich man!
  11. nice dog how he breed? Im not sure mate, hes from Warwickshire somewhere. Not the pretiest of dogs but does a crackin job!!
  12. When i was at school down there they used to fish the breakwater to the right on the main beach at Dawlish, used to catch loads!! I would use a 3 0r 4 ounce weight with a carp rod mate but more a trail and error thing. Dont really think it matters about the feathers direction, iv always wondered that myself.. they work both ways! Id be right up for a bit of ferreting..
  13. thats what i like to see off to cornwall on sunday for a couple of days of fishing hope we do as well as you guys! Good one mate, who you out with? Generally a wider range of species down there its good..
  14. Theres hundreds around at the minute mate. I caught these at hopes nose, i was hitting 3 or 4 fish every cast. It can get very busy there especialy on weekends. You could try long quarry in babbacome or even the breakwater at Dawlish you will even catch of the beach in Exmouth. But i would go to Hopes or Babacome. The shiny tinsel or white feathers work best, all the best mate.

I reckon your on a wind up fella................ im not on the windup mate, before a started on this site a had only heard of one or two ppl with lurchers with a bit a bull in them. ave knew lurchermen for years and none of them have had them, ave been on this site for a week and all a see is bull this bull that. crossing a lurcher with a pitbull or staffy or anything in that categorie sounds absolute nonsense. what happened to the collie greyhound lurcher, the all rounder.   16. Did a bit of macky bashin after work this afternoon, there were that many about you'd of caught them with bare hooks!! This fella was swimming about and he was the size of a door already!
  17. Nice mate, when you say get your head down is it everyone bundles in the wheel house and tries to sleep or can you lie down. I do the Aldernay trip every year and on the way over everyone tries to sleep, last year i was curled up on the live eel tank, nightmare!! What size boat is it?
