  4. week 3 and theyre setlin in well , stubby is walking to heel and returning when called 99% of the time,yet to work them proper as ime gradually getting then fitter,at the moment i think they would struggle to chase a hare (theretically!) took them for a jaunt in rigwood forest today with the family,heres some pics: all in all a good time had ,dogs kids and us knackerd! thanks for looking.

  6. As a lad living on a council estate in the 1980’s things were hard , everybody’s dad was on the dole and we kids had to make our own entertainment. Many would cause mischief on the estate ,burning cars , trying to find a phone box to loot that hadn’t already been done ,but there was a small group of country lads and I was lucky enough to be among them , we all had an airgun or a bow and certainly we all had fishing kit of one description or another and it got used regular!   11. well weve had lady and stubbs for two weeks tomorrow , apar from stubbs killing the family cat all has gone well,he is nowcomming when called 90% of the time and is turning into a fantastic dog.lady is fine too and is adjusting well , both are great with the kids. Having the dogs is realy good for us as a family , lady chose the wife and stubbs is mine , its a great reason to go for a good couple of walks aday and is helping to get some of last christmass; puds off! heres a couple of pics from this evenings walk in the fields opposite our cottage: and some video of the them

  13. with stubbs , he walks well on a lead but has problems with his name , the previous owner never realy had a steady name they would use a variety: stubby, stub , stubs , lad , laddy , so the poor bugger dont know whats what! i am slowly working on it , and after all its only day 2. i am using treats when he does come to his name in the house ,i am not yet willing to let him off in the fieldas i cant be sure of his return. heres some more pics:

A few night ago i saw an advert on here looking for a home or homes for a bitchand her son , any how markbrick was a top chap in helping with the affair. yesterday we met joe the owner and the 2 dogs , brilliant dogs , brilliant nature and ime so chuffed! When we got em home they settled well (after scaring the shit out of the cat!) only problem being that Lady likes MY chair! and Stubbs is fab , learning his name well and is well settled , i recon he will be off lead by next week. heres some pics.   16. a constable or Sargent CANNOT caution you for any offence , it must be an officer of acting Inspector or above and formally at a police station. A constable may offer advice , and he may also fcuk off!!
  17. i like to rub mine with a little salt and a lot of home made marmalade the night before ,then roast it and srve with risotto.
