well its a long story so bear with me! about 5 months ago we were refered to a christian help group called 'christians against poverty',they help people sort their budgeting out and make arrangements with creditors on your behalf,you send a cheque to CAP and they divvy it out to the creditors,well allong with this service you are guilted into attending the comunity church,well actually the wife was. they are born again christians ,i thaught they were nutters but harmless. anyhow CAP offered our family a free holiday as a reward for doing well paying our debts,and and a chance to just relax an

well obviously put the bird before a human being ,namely her son of course! "If the birds been put down by a vet then it obviously had something drastically wrong with it. " like the 10 dogs shot by the R$PCA ,or the other 40% of healthy animals they destroy? a shot of death is 2 quid whole sale care costs money as does food.

just listened to the woman on BBC radio 2,the cocatiel had a 'deformed' knee and was like this when she baught a consignment of them,apparently she kept this bird as a pet in the shop and wasnt for sale,however it was healthy in no apparent pain,and was eating and making the bdooly awfull noise they all make. the trading standards sting would have been illegal in many countries(incl U.S) but not here in the 'home of law'. also worthy of note is that a fair gypsy can give a gold fish away to an infant. what if an adult buys a fish for a child? is this akin to buying alcohol for a mi

Maybe if she had taken it to avet in the first place it would still be alive. And if it had been a dog kept like that you'd be saying hang the owner. Birds and dogs are very different. Do you have any experience of birds? You are applauding the same sort of people that would give RSPCA legal powers. sorry to be a pain but the R$PCA HAVE NO LEGAL POWERS

please lobby the admin here to make it a sticky. they can turn up any anyones home and throw their weight about. visit the SHG site and copy the poster and keep it by your door for reference!

is there no sector they wont try!!!!! makes my blood boil,they own over 60% of the market and announced pre tax profits in the billions,and now theyre moving into the optics market! they wont be happy till theyve put all the competition out of business,i stopped shopping there last year and use morrisons instead.i bet the 'tesco value scope ' will sell millions but it just still aint right!!!!! -
just heard it on my radio,bloody joke! have there been any prosecutions by the CAA? i bet if a fluffy had been killed the R$PCA would have got a conviction!
