Comes to us all dogs and humans alike and we do all sometimes need telling to slow it down a bit, my old plummer bitch was still being dug to at 10 just about every weekend and the odd one at 11 years old. It was complicated but long story short i debt collected my own boat back and he came to my house for trouble, he was a pal as such but was also known to police to be a handful, i also knew he was a handful so i couldn't afford to mess about and did what every man on here would do and ended the threat with what was to hand which was a iron bar(i have a lot of them i'm a groundworker)...It's the truth and i stood by the truth (well close to it and i did give a interview this time and without a brief) and i knew a jury would see me not guilty so although it was a serious charge i never expected

I got charged and bailed last time i was nicked a couple of three years ago now, conditional bail so definitely bail with a charge of section 18 with intent..(self defence and ended with a NFA)..

If you have given a no comment interview i feel it's against you if you then at a later date tell your side of the story. As why didn't you say something in the first place?, but like i said I've only had duty solicitors and not a lot of help they have been to be honest so unless i feel i can't cope with it,i trust what has worked for me since 1997,lol..

Sometimes not all the evidence against you is there within the 24 hours they have you in custody and new evidence can come to light and when they have all there evidence against you then you can give a interview knowing where you are 100%, if you have already given a no comment interview i just feel it's hard to go back on and try to make your case...

If they have you bang to rights and you give a no comment interview then you can't really make up a lie in the future as to where you were or why it wasn't you without being seen by the court or jury as guilty and lying as why didn't you say it in the first place, I feel a no comment interview you can't go back on so if i do give a interview i either know where i am already reguarding the nicking or i refuse and sit out the time in custody as i ain't ever been released early due to giving a interview from police custody that i know of..Having a good brief makes a difference though and iv'e jus

Anyway back to topic of last nights fight and is it me or does anyone else only see worry in DDD's eyes, he always looks lost and well out of his depth.
