  1. You can drive up to 7.5 and tow a trailer up to the train weight of the lorry, but there is no trailer laws any more and anyone can tow a trailer no matter when you took your test...As it goes you can drive any bus on a car licence as long as it's still regd as a bus,if it's classed as a camper then a HGV is needed if it's over 7.5 ton.Double decker busses are over 7.5 ton and are wank to live it if your over 5 ft tall, been there, done it,take my fecking word for it....Horse boxes are the way to go as they have been looked after, some have low miles, not many youngsters can drive them so limite
  2. This one has a 220 turbo in it and the turbo makes a difference believe me as them old Bedfords weren't the fastest of lorries up hills no matter what engine they had,but those 330 were good old lumps but many a old Bedford was chopped up for them which is a shame but i'm as guilty as anyone else was for that...Have sorted some transport on getting it back home the start of next week so watch this space as they say ..
  3. Had a few old Bedford TK's in my time, horse boxes both petrol and derv, little tipper and a mint nick 7 1/2 t hiab , never had TL before but the same running gear as such. This ones a little 220 turbo and it's only a 6 ton lorry with a short wheel base, just big enough for my tribe and yet small enough to not have to drive a big lorry everywhere, plus i'm in to my vintage motors and i will be taking it to some shows and rallies so a few different time ahead for sure and can't wait to get going on it... I will get on that blog thing once i get it back home...
  4. Ain't he fecking just ....
  5. Iv'e just bought a old horsebox lorry to convert into a camper/living truck as such,a 1985 Bedford TL and a good chance it's the newest lorry i have ever bought ,mind you full service history and only 25,000 miles on the clock it's as good a old lorry as your'll get without a full restore and i'm busting to get going on it and get back to me roots man ..
  6. Railway line is a 100 wgt a yard and it took 3 old saddles to the 100 wgt, i once took a 3 1/2 ton box truck into a scrap yard and on the scales it read 4.8 tons ,the bloke thought his scales had messed up until i showed him the pile of railway and saddles in the box of the truck.
  7. Rapala's for me first,i got a few that cover all depths,if feck all is happening on them then i go soft plastic....

My old Man was the fire chief at Boscombe Down for most of my childhood and then he was a DO and the chief at Farnborough during my teens and i used to go to loads of air shows and military tattoos and used to have a front row seat as me and my brother would always be sat in the cab of a fire engine and we'd get to control the water cannon on the roof if there was a public demo if it working and hose out set up fuel fires, wonderful days and days long gone for the modern Firemans kids as would they feck let them do what we used to do these days..Just remembered at about 10 or 11 years old i dr

He still looks puppyish so i'd choose carefuly just what to test his metal on as likes been said he's just taking his time to mature and once out gunned young it's not easy to build them up to get to that point again and them to stay at it, looks a grand youngster and the best of luck for the fur season..

I see you've never been to Woodhill....... But feck that place it's a grim nick and wings just like you see in modern American jails with one wall of cells as such, done a month there on remand for putting a fivers worth of petrol in my pick up and forgetting my wallet, they really don't like hippies in milton keynes and did me for bilking for a fecking fivers worth of petrol and i stopped pumping when i sussed i'd forgotten my wallet...The Cat A bit is a feck that looking place and i know he does himself no favours but they made him what he is and they can't deal with him,i feel sorry f

  18. I have a pal who is a dog breeder, has a licence for 40 odd breeding bitches and makes a good living out of it,now he breeds loads of cockerpoo's as that's what his waiting list is wanting and they are a poorly bred dog which almost shouldn't be bred due to poor temp and all the over things you have said about. it's people that are the problem and there's far more fuckwit owners than there are fuckwit dogs born... Feck the licence and would you submit your dogs and your working activities to the forces that be?, i won't be mate and i do everything on permission and within the law....
  19. The blue ones belong to British sugar and can't be sold as it goes.. I did some concrete work in a pallet factory my way a few years back where they recondition them, the lads that were painting them looked like fecking smurfs the way they were covered from head to foot in blue paint and the lad who had to put the white writing on had one of the shittiest, most boring brain numbing jobs i have ever seen anyone do ever....

  23. I'd take a couple of codine, the anti inflamitry and the valium i'd save till i had feck all to do one afternoon..i used to have a quite a big valium script but i never took them more than 2 or at most 3 days a week as believe it or not i was scared of getting a valium habit as i have known many smackheads, crackheads and alkies get straight and loose there habits but i have never met anyone who has managed to loose their valium habit, A nice gentle buzz from valium as it goes but a wrong un for sure..Codine if taken for a week or more will give you a comedown and you will feel it,hard getting
