Tony do you keep a record of the eggs weight loss from being laid to pipping etc, would be interested. Another thing is what temperature and humidity do you run your incubator at and how much humidity do you put it up closer to the time they are ready the hatch. It getting me in the mood to do some quail again

06 bird plastic top to bottom with about 4" from top on the front out of wind. No droopy wing etc fine in herself flies ok. Will by-pass to the vets this week anyway.

Above the elbow 1" no blister just a hole looks dry and clean quite hard with no heat (normal temp)

I did think that Chris but I cant see how, not damp in the mews, never put away wet, plastic up the front of the mews free-lofted and yes there was a heater it there as well

No mate breed last July by a top notch breeder picked her up at 10 days I think it was, to imprint. She is the real killer.

checked bird over today and found a growth like lump on her wing looks an oldish wound no redness not infected but it looks bigger than it is. I thought it might be a thorn wound or something (3mm wide) no way she has been shot either still flys ok.

You want to know why because she is a woman My female harris done the same last year about this time got quite scary footed me several times only in the mews though sat on the fist for about 3 hour every night no problem.
