Some pics of Sunday afternoons mooch with me son and the dogs. Lurcher is coming on really well,seems as though he jumps for fun. This is the terrier i got for my son.She is JRT x PATT. Not a very good pic as the little fecker wont stay still. Lurcher had a few runs but bunnies kept diving into cover ,apart for one that tried to run across an open field.Bad move

Went out for a mooch today,bumped into a couple of lad from Cramlington with their Lurchers and Terriers just wondering if its anyone off here???????????

Here is my dog Sire is GREY/DEERXSALUKI Dam Grey/DeerXWhippet. He is 15 months old 27" @ the shoulder and last time i weighed him he was 28 kilos(60lbs) He has been on the lamp a couple of times and has no problems catching rabbits,He isnt so hot in the daytime on them on short runs. Once he gets into his stride on the bigger stuff, lets say he is getting there Pleased with his progress so far considering he is still a pup

Took my son to a place today i used to go to 20 years or so ago. Place used to be lifting with Rabbits and also there was a strong Hare population . Was out for nearly 3 hours and saw a total of 4 rabbits Well how things change in such a short time.

Here is the problem. When my terrier is working the hedge rows, I send my Lurcher onto the opposite side to me, but as soon as i start walking he comes back onto my side This is starting to get a little frustrating as the terrier flushed out half a dozen bunnies this morning which he could of caught with ease if he was on the opposite side to me. He is 15 months old and is still young and learning. But he has picked everthing else up pretty quick,jumping,retrieving etc.... Any advice would be greatly appriciated

Left the Lurcher at home this morning as he has had a couple of knocks the past few days. So takes the terrier to a place that is crawling with Bunnies. No good for running the Lurcher on as its on a fairly steep slope,covered in bramble and gauze bushes. Ideal for the terriet though Nearly at the place, then i spotted something sqauting about 10-15metres off the hedge line walked over to it and.....up it lifted a Hare. Stood there thinking as i watched it disapear into the distance accross an open field. Anyway win some lose some . Let the terrier have a good rut about in the bushes.

LATERZ Hi lads, I'm from Lemington, drink in Longbenton and hunt just about anywhere. Got hunting mates in West Allotment, Cramlington, Benton. I'm probably a fair bit older than you, but still get out with the dogs very regularly !! Cheers. Also drink in Longbenton . Maybe i will bump into you one time on my travels. DEKA

A couple of pics of my J.R.T X PATT bitch.Using her to work along side my Lurcher dog. She is coming on really well,working the hedge rows and bushes well.

Went out with my dog last night,Dogs first time with the lamp. Plenty of bunnies sitting, but to close to the walls to get any good runs. There was the odd thick rabbit sitting out. Dog had 5 runs and got 3 Chuffed to bit as it was his first time.

Here is my Grey/Deer/Saluki/Whippet. He is now 12 months and coming on well. Jumps no bother,Retrieving still needs a little work as he is dropping a couple of metres short, but im working on that. Superb temperment, Very inteligent.Also couldnt leave out his partner She is now 7 1/2 months and starting to work the bushes and headges,Well chuffed with her so far.

Never seen any hares,plenty of bunnies.Last few times ive been over there i have seen a couple of deers,probly from Gossy park

I was around the back of Weetslade heep. He has 2 fawn Lurchers and 2 black Terriers
