  10. did you hit the 0 key by accident???? why would you want a valuation and then say i want £250 for it????? stick it on evil bay if you want a bloody auction
  11. why take it out on their dogs and if their not worrying livestock could be you thats in trouble. yes mate but if you shoot the poachers then you are in the sh*t....much better just shooting the odd terrier or lurcher....if there on your land who's to say they wernt worrying stock.......a good taxedermy terrier would complement your trophy room.....stuffed poacher would take up far to much space Lol are you serious? Start shooting a trespasser's dog and the police will revoke FAC / Arrest surely Just call the Rozzers :thumbs-up: we are meant to be in a bloody r

  13. i cant see you having much trouble really....the diference is that if you are a member of a club you can pritty much have what ever guns you want for range work, for hunting you need to have good reason to posses such calibre's..........give good reason for what calibre you want and you will get it as long as you are fit and propper,,,,, ie 22 lr rabbit 17 hmr long range rabbit close range fox 223/22-250/243 etc etc long range fox
  14. do you honestly think the police will drop everything to come out to a couple of poachers and an irrate hunter???? you will of starved to death before they would turn up and thats even if the police could find the field you were in.....
  15. mate they recomend yard head shots on fox so i would of thought it would be the same for a terrier bloody poachers!!!!! when we are out we ALWAYS carry written permission an OS map, compass and inform the police were we will be at a certain time..you cant be to carefull these days
  16. you should of stayed hidden,as soon as the dogs got well away from these poachers and it was a safe shot, get your breathing right and gentlely sqweeze the trigger..its fine having a well hard dad but carrying a dead dog off the field tends to put people off from cuming back.................im sure alot of lads will respond by saying "i'd kill anyone that hert my dogs"..but if you want to poach its the game you play........... ps if you were using an air rifle i perhaps wouldnt take the shot
  17. Your talking about lurchermen talking bullshit regarding brags and yet your telling us the foxes are lamp shy and you shoot them from 500 yards!!! Do you have some super dooper lamp that the rest of us don't have? Shooting a hire powered rifle over 500 yards in the dark lol. the shot im talking about was actually 547 yards,i use a £2000 scope and a blitz lamp....it was witnessed by a lad off hear aswell, look on my profile comments ......i enjoy working my dogs the most i must say that if i could only have one thing it would be my dogs.....there are plenty of lamp shy fox's around
  18. mole catcher the bloody heated seat car hunter.....its people like you driving family people carriers round fields that give hunting a bad name!!!!!!!!!!....it wont just be the anti's after us it'll be the traffic police next ..........rant over........
  19. i dont think it is a fact.......i walk out with both types of people and there isnt a bad word spoken about either........i dont like inbred's slipping dogs on stuff they havnt a hope of catching and making stuff lamp shy.....but thats about being professional with the tool you are using i guess???????????
  20. as you can see mate my pet gimp talbot left a comment.....give him a little freedom and he thinks he can take on the world.....aaaaaaaa bless him It is in seriousness though looking well, is your good lady pleased with it? I still reckon it would have looked better in grey with the roof painted body colour .......... Is that green an LR colour? Could have been worse I suppose, there's a terrible burgundy colour they made some of the D2 TD5's in .............. fecking awful colour, alright truck for Stevie Wonder!!! mate i was out voted by my mates and the mrs ove
  21. your man with the rifle is a pillock to be frank...i guess the image rifle men put accross is kill everything that is in range.............i leave a percentage of rabbits i have killed on the ground..my thoughts behind this is that if a fox or buzzard has easy food thney aint going to worry pheasents or lambs (we dont have much sheep ground by me though) for the last few years this seems to have worked well.......i personally dont have a dog that will take fox (pre ban of coarse) my dogs are rabbitters and i wouldnt pretend any different......when out shooting i generally use a 17 hmr (rabbit
  22. Was it a .177 or a .22? 177 ratcatcher co2 brilliant rifle's...i only use mine for long range stuff though
