    i think it depends what lines they are from mate working or show. deerhound x grey will of definitely done it in the good old days as i saw a few do it day and night. you dont always need bull blood to get the result but they do look very good doing it. scotty

    a mate just done his garden office with wool!! the sheep farmers are making a loss in selling it so you can get it right cheap.you just stick it in the cavity as you would with the other stuff.it breathes(dont pack it to tight)and last for ages. scotty

    are they ust quicker but get knackered faster? cant see something with that much muscle being all that in the stamina stakes? ok for racing but maybe would cramped or use up to much energy for long working days? maybe i'm wrong as most state that bull x's are good on stamina! its just all the body builders i know get knackered and there muscles bur pretty quick. scotty

    is a 1st cross really that fast? i would of thought(i dont know just a thought)it would be to heavy! or are they ok when younger but a bit of a lump when older? a 2nd cross sounds good as you would get the tough bits of lab coat etc but with a bit more leg. scotty

    glad you got the dog back but kids or not if they dont learn what happens when you nick some else property(and i see my dogs as familey members so i would take it very badly) then they wont give a shit!! the reason"kids " are like they are these days is because they dont get punished for stuff!! if i had done anything like that when i was a kid i would have had somthing broken!! the parents knew where the dogs came from and it seems couldnt give a shit the other one had your dog that it knew was stolen.HURT SOME ONE and make it a lasting lesson,there is to much of this shit going on thes

    i know they will never be a collie x or even close but if you got a greyhound early enough could it be trained to have more stamina? maybe if given long trotts instead of sprinting? or am i completly on the wrong track? i know its how the muscles work etc but could you get more out of them than a racer or courser or will they only ever be short sprinters and need crossing. scotty

    that would be illegal mate. stock training takes time,usually you take them near stock(horses etc)and keep them on the lead,if they look to interested tell them no and really mean it,keep going untill they stop looking but i wouldnt trust them 100% for a while. scotty

    after meeting a few of these and seeing the weaponry they have i wondered how the dogs got on pre ban with these? were they to much trouble when there is roe about? are they not as nasty as they look? or would a experienced dog be a match? they just look like they could do damage and never seem to fussed about legging it when i have seen them,i have seen some damaged dogs about from them but they are pets so maybe not got the nak for it?? scotty

    no all pit types were banned and neutered so they shouldnt of been able to breed but crosses are illegal as well.no way of legally owning one in uk.but many ways of owning the blood of them scotty

    its about £6000 for copper but not wire,it depends if they know you or not or so it seems,a a mate dose the batterys as a business and gets a lot better price than most. scotty

    one of ours broke the front leg,it was plated and after 3 months was back to how it was before!! no slower don't seem to worry her at all!she never worried about of has hurt it in any way,the only problem she had was a few strained muscles just after starting running again.in theory its stronger than before so as long as it gets a chance to heal dont worry. scotty

    if anything they are better eating as they seem more tender! they wont kill ya but its not ideal as the babies will starve,depending on your views that could be good or bad? scotty

    i like the look of the first crosses,how do people find them speed wise? is the coat soft or wirery? they always seem a good size and seem to have most boxes ticked. scotty

    i'm new to this game and when i was first looking into lurchers i heard a lot of talk about hancocks dogs mainly in books etc! now as a newbie you always told to go to a known breeder so you know what your getting etc which is why i think people still go to him even knowing the possible( i dont know never been there) dubious way he breeds he has the most well known name out side the"ones in the know" now people always say there's loads in the free adds etc or there's loads on here but there are shits everywhere and as its the lads pocket money he dont want to waste it. so how about some
