When i first got into air guns again, about 4 yrs ago.H/C reputation for customer service, was not to clever. Seems they have got thair act together now.Not the first post i have seen praising them. Brian

Your right mate.Another problem you will have if you screw the alan bolt in to far, even if you manage to close the cocking lever. The magazine will be stuck in place.Obviously you have to screw it out. Then fine tune it with a chrono. That is,if everything else is okay. atb Brian

Never heard of anyone getting thair r10 serviced after a blueprint. Unless you removed the A/T that JB puts in place, after carrying out the work.I am sure he would repair anything that would go in the gun, under the warrentey. He realy takes pride in his work, and likes to see anything with the BSA logo, work the way it should.Thats the impression i got when speaking to him. atb Brian

As i have said before.Thair is that many unhappy R10 owners out thair. It is not to hard to find a bargain. Seen one go a few days ago,on the BBS for £395.Once you have sourced the cheapest r10 you can find.Send it for a blueprint to JB.It will come back better than the Mk 2 r10.Life time warrenty, that i am sure is transferable. If you have replaced the small 0-ring,whare the cylinder screws into. Screw the cylinder in like you would normaly do.Soon as you here the air beginning to escape, give it a half turn or less anti clockwise.I had to do that with mine.Even when charging it. Silencer looks like the first one put on the earlier hw100. HTH Brian

Maybe because it's attracting a hell of amount of attention, And seen worse threads lol. I will reserve judgment, I was a donator after holy got ripped off. Certainly spices things up around here a little, Not that it was drab or anything Hoping to meet some folks of here some day, Maybe even the man in question. Stay happy people Karpman The guy is a lowlife scamming shite, i would never stoop to what he has done if he was so desperate to get his kid a gun why didnt he give her one of his (seems to have plenty ) or sell 1 to fund it instead of comming on here spinning a -

To be fair mate, its your replies on these threads that keep getting peoples backs up and wanting to come onto threads like this and say what they do about you. And putting your address on here is up here with the stupidest things you have done yet. This forum is now an open forum, you dont know whos reading it. For all you know some nutter from 4 streets away's reading this thinking 'this guys windows are gettin tanned' or even worse. Any anti's reading this now have your address as well. Best thing for you to do now would be just to hold back from replying to these threads, and st -

Good video...But its not that one. I wish i had bookmarked it at the time. These jack russels were good.Think some off these rats were the same size as the dogs.No smoke was involved, just the petrol blower vac.The slow motion action at the end of the video of one of the dogs summersaulting to catch a rat was excellent. atb Brian

Hi chaps, Probably a long shot.Seen a video on here a long time ago, whare some guys were rat hunting with jack russels. They were using a petrol blower vac to flush the rats out of the ground, and the dogs made short work off them. Was telling my son about it,and he asked if i could find it again.Anybody got a link to it...would be great. Same thing happened to my r10 bottle[when i used to think i had to remove it to get the stock off]Contacted tench on the BSAOG.He said the valve was probably away.Somtimes you can re-seat it by tapping it in with somthing the same width.I tryed the smooth end of a drill bit,no joy.Sent it off to tench, and he replaced the valve. hth Brian

Thanks for the replys lads. Money well spent it is.This gun was fine before i sent it away.Maybe if i was being picky.I would say that the cocking could have been a little smoother.Thats how when Si said Addi adjusted the bolt on his to cycle the mag better.I added that to my list. So much better now. Come on R10 get your £££ saved & give Addi a call. Yous will be pleased you did ATB Brian -
Received my R10 back from amcustongunsmiths yesterday To just say i am pleased with the work Addi had done on it,would be understatment. Chuffed to bits with it. I asked Addi to give it the Si treatent lol,and thats exactly what he did. The twink mk11 silencer is very good.Had to get him to put a shroud on the barrel.Glad i did now,as the silencer looks better i thnk with the shroud fitted. The gun is so much easier to cock, and the magazine cycles very smoothly now aswell. Thanks to Addi&Mandy at A&M CustomGunsmiths.I have finely found a gun that is a keeper I took

Think compressed air is on thair restriction list, for flying No harm in picking up a p58 form and chancing my luck, once the gun is delivered. Brian

Called royal mail.Gun was refused for flight, probably because it is compressed air.Thats a first for me.Sent back to delivery office to go by road.Is in the Newark delivery office and should be going out this morning.Fingers crossed Brian
