I would recomend that you do just for peace of mind , I don't think you have to have it proofed by law but you wouldn't be able to sell the gun without it being proofed. but if you can get it screw cut and proofed for £40 snatch their hands off. £40 just to screw cut the rifle they said they cant or dont proof them

im thinking of getting my tikka .222 screw cut for a moderator.theres 2 local gun shop's that can send it of for me to get it done they both charge£40 but does get profed.does it really need to be profed to fit a modertar. thanks for any advise

i bought a second hand tikka 595-stainless steel barrel with a 3 round mag .222 paid £450 mint con seems a spot on rifle im getting it screw cut shortly for mod its just to noisy for time work----but dont think you will go far wrong with a tikka

mate i got a tikka 595 .222 2months ago great for the old fox or two only down side is the amo £17.00 for 20 rounds

also ive got a cz 452lr varmint .22 great little rifle just watch out for ricochets mate

750 thats terrible they should of got your dog sorted first and then seen you about a price they could of least offerd you to pay monthly .i know i couldent afford to pay that outright(wonder what they would of said if you had walked out with your dog!

seen a pair lastnight. couldent really go for them the field behind was full of sheep.great sport the old fox was nice to see a pair(some say you shouldent shoot them this time of year shold wait till there had there young then theres more to shoot later on in the year).but what do you do if your asked to shoot them by the farmers.seems to be plenty about here

hi does anyone no how to disarm a mobiliser and alarm on a m-reg fiesta it works of the central locking but the drivers door is bugged and its a hassle doing the passenger door(took me 15 mins before to knock it off because the passenger door locks faulty to. thanks if you can help :
