    i live a couple of miles from it and fish there now and again, iv never failed to catch in all the times iv been, only bait i use is sweetcorn, iv had a few over 10lb and catch alot around the 4lb mark. what day you fishing it?

    51reg been offered £1550 as a trade in so i cant take any less. full service history 55'000miles, 5door. very reliable car, there is a few marks on it. im in cumbria 20miles off carlisle. tax until end of july, MOT end of november, tyres new end of last year, pm me for more details.

    iv a patt with 1/4 border in it its been takeing fits for years, dosnt affect its work tho, its comeing up 10 now just use it for rats and ratching about now, vets said they wernt to severe to stop it working

    seen it open the other morning before i went to work and it was covered up again when i got home,anyone know how long will it be before the young will be on the top?

    iv got a lot of rabbits out the back of my house,i noticed on sunday that a single hole had been dug probably about a foot to two foot deep, when i came back from work today it had been filled in, anybody know why this is? my thought is that their is young ones in the hole but not quite sure.

    I dont see the point to be honest because then you gotta wait for a few days posted, when if you was to go to the post office you get it there and then. got mine last year online and they emailed me my new certificate number so i could start fishing right away as long as i had the number on me

    i think deben need to have a look at a few of their products, their battery packs f**k up alot aswel, me and a few mates have all had problems with them, when you phone them up they just seem to fill you full of bullshit to try and get you off the line without solving the problem, has anyone ever had a refund off deben for faulty products?

    trout in rivers is round about 15th march to the end of september, salmon season differs for different rivers mate you'll have to look up which river you want to fish and check.

    for trout on rivers its usually 15march untill 30th september or so,most lakes and stocked resevoirs etc are all year around depending on their own rules

    I fished for long periods on my local river with a fly, I tried hard not to fail but I never caught anything substantial like I would with a spinner. Maybe I am doing something wrong but I just can't seem to master it. (I have won a competition before on a lake, fishing from the shore for Rainbows.) Knifebar fished all season with fly on my local and caught a few fish upto 1lb, had 1 hour with the spinner and caught a seatrout 3 1/2lb and a salmon 4 1/2lb in the space of 20 mins ,dont think you'll be doing anything wrong its just the way it goes!!

    i agree but dont think theres a better feeling than catching a decent fish on fly,id rather fish all day with fly and only catch 1 than all day with spinner and catch 10.

    well known around cumbria,my granda knew him and has had some great workers off him in the past. heard some tales about his early lakelands tackleing badgers when it was legal and thats where the hardiness comes from.

    glasgow angling centre does a complete starter kit from about £35 online aswell,should be as good as any to get going then just build up other materials you need.
