Another pearl of wisdom by JBS ( jolly bull shit ) it is okay doing work for the big multi~national,s if you are prepared to wait 6 months of the year to get paid ,mean while you are going bust ! (no cash flow )get work where ever you can Rickardo , best regards Steve -

Hi Patchworkcrew , never had a back filled trap then or spring sprung and no mole in the trap then ? you say you have a 100% record off mole trapping ,I do a lot of mole trapping in your area ,farms , equestian , sports fields , golf course,s and in mid~sussex as well , the owners know that I,m not going to take every last Mole off thier place as long as I keep them under control they are happy

Hi Holdaway , have to agree with OTC if you can,t get a trap in the pipe , what about installing an elbow~sett near by ? and place a 116 magnum inside it with some duck feathers ( water~proof ) as an eye attracter and may~be sardine oil , that second photo looks like you have got a mole as well !! I think you are going to be busy in the next few days , let us know how you get on , best regards Steve

Hi Whippeter69 , that looks like a good natural narrowing down place to snare old charlie , just one concern that the fox snare in the 2nd photo looks like it has a kink in it !!could stop the snare from closing , I hope I am proved wrong , let us all know how you get on and hopefully a photo of the fox , best regards Steve

Hi Foxy , can see what you mean now !! blew the photograph up and you can see the traps dog is not engaged ( the camera lied ) lol , best regards Steve
-
Hi Foxy , nice bit of trapping , love the photo of the white stoat , but could you explain the first photo ??? the magnum trap is re~set , secondly the trap top bar is sitting above the cubby tunnel and the gap in the cubby where the spring comes through dose not look wide enough , thus impeding the firing of the trap , regards Steve

First go at the moles
stephen58 replied to nighttimenellie's topic in Snaring, Trapping & Pest Control
Hi Hound , so you use them straight out the box (chinese Crap/ big cheese , I bet !! ) so you do not fine tune them ! and you have 120 of them in the ground ( weathering ) I bet you are going to be up early in the morning checking all those traps . so you are a professional Mole trapper then ?? , so when the rain is running down your back and soaking your under~pants and your fingers are numb and you still have got 4/6 hour,s to go , may~be 2 more farms / small holdings / golf course,s etc to check on , and may be a rat job in between ! , then you know you have made the grade (wannabe ) be -
Hi , lads well done , but i think the date on your camera need,s up dating (2008/01/01 )
