chartpolski yep i know the club you are talking about well, a mate of mine played for them. The Kiacs are a Welsh Cadiff Barbarians club played for them in 2004. The pi%s up was a good one!!

I think the context of your comments and the people around you counted for the situation chartpolski. I played for a rugby club in Cardiff, the clubs No 8 was gay, (and a good player) now his clubmates who had grown up with him could take the pi*s out of him, BUT if an opposition team member did, they faced the wrath of the entire team, the same went for our half Ethiopian 2nd row an our half Malaysian outside half! We stood together with our team mates big time. For us that was a Welsh rugby value, teams that sin together win together!

Strange how things pan out....this is year no 10 for me and my veg patch, in the past i've failed to get good crops with everything except....beetroot and carrots always got good crops from them, until this year. Dad now he had good crops of everything except...beetroot and carrots, guess what his best crops are this year!!! As an aside those old boys i talk about were the last of the National Service generation, and they grew up during food rationing of the WW2 and the following years, so garden produce, ferreted/lurchers/snared rabbits, fishing (there was and still is a v good angling -

I agree Arry is leading the way on the garden front. When i was growing up there used to be an informal competition amongst some of the local boys as to who had the best looking garden. These veg patches were a pleasure to see and the produce tasted divine!! -

I agree but time can be of the essence, and doing packed meals on a Sunday for the rest of the week can be a blessing.

Good afternoon all. My mongrel Celt is 7 in November and he has slowed down a bit this year. Anyway he had a yearly check up and kennel cough vaccine last week, and the vet suggested turmeric and cod liver oil to help with joint stiffness. So does anybody have any experience of using these? If so which ones do you suggest? The vet is a family friend and has looked after our families animals for years so i do trust his word. Comments? Advice? Many Thanks in advance. Aled

Peewit i checked this first however, you can freeze sandwiches, my children due to a restricted diet have a school packed lunch daily, so sandwiches are made on Sunday, and frozen for the rest of the week. It can be done with all sorts of fillings link below: Freezing Sandwiches - ITV's This Morning - Justine Pattison, Finally my Uncle Phillip was a miner and would scoop up left over food at buffets, freeze it and take it in for his lunch, sadly he's no longer with us, but i was smoking and working underground that ended his life, not food poisoning! Take what you want from my comm

Thanks for the reply TerryD, rather surprised as she is a Farmers Wife, and breeds top quality show level sheep. Plaid Cymru usually had a middle ground stance on all field sports bar fishing which they supported (i know for a fact many Plaid Cymru MS and MP's are or were keen anglers) Cheers. Aled

Question to you all, whatever your political colours: Do you feel the Tories may of thrown the election? Due to the Post Office, Grenfell, Blood Contamination etc scandals central UK Govt looks like it may have to pay out a fair amount of cash in compensation during the next few years, Govt is already skint so....? Comments?
