  1. This kid lives near me and when you see images like this it makes you want to get in to it.
  2. The couple of shots I have taken in the house admittedly don't look better on my phone than my phone pics, considering that is it pointless? It's not as though we are making large prints or anything. Lol
  3. Yes, that's what I can see myself getting bored with. It would be so much simpler if they were like phones where you just took the pic and it saved on a cloud system. I think it's because there's that much data in an image that's not possible, yet.
  4. Ended up down a wrestling rabbit hole on YouTube as you do, with the algorithm I've been watching tons of clips on it. I was a massive fan of the WWF in the 80's & 90's, I even got to see it in 92 at Sheffield. I was a big fan of them all, Hulk Hogan, Andre the Giant, Macho Man, Bret Hart, Roddy Piper, even the manager Bobby Heenan was hilarious. Anyway, watching the interviews of the old wrestlers, you have to respect their careers, yes it's predetermined but no way in hell is it fake. They are tough SOB's and with all the steroids and drugs, their careers and lives were often s
  5. Did you end up flogging your gear, I think you would do well to get back in the scene. Lol
  6. Mine is a cropped sensor so if I got a 800mm lens it would actually be equivalent of 1280mm. Yours would have been 320mm, you'd be able to shoot some animals with that, it's like 25x zoom.
  7. I bought the camera used off eBay for £700 with the kit lens, 18-45mm really gets you nowhere. Even for out and out wildlife I'll need something with more throw than a 200mm. There's an amazing 100-500mm that's pro grade or a still great 200-800mm, these are new lenses so still over 2k.
  8. Yes mate, it's brilliant for wildlife as it shoots at 15fps mechanical and over 20fps with the electronic shutter, apparently the autofocus pisses all over the older DSLR's. It's the first proper camera I've really had so just getting to grips with it, I need a zoom lens, they are crazy expensive so need to talk the Mrs around eventually. Lol
  9. He's done you here mate have a sit down.
  10. Yes mate, just need to decide on a zoom lens now, the 18-45mm isn't ideal for wildlife/bird photography. They are so complicated with all the settings, madness.
  11. The Canon R10 mirrorless mate. It comes with a 18-45mm kit lens, I've now got to decide on a telephoto lens. There's a few options, I can buy a zoom lens designed for these modern cameras or buy an adaptor and purchase a lens designed for the older DSLR's.

Maybe because you'd be getting ten years before you can say blueberry pie?

To be fair mate they didn't pledge to keep it in their manifesto. Let's hope for everyone's sake there is long term gain from their treacherous act.
  15. The first genuinely nippy night of the year last night at work, good job I'm a grafting machine or else I would have frozen to death.

Let's be honest, Starmer is more Tory than the Tories. Lol
  17. I have the same problem inside my pants....
  18. Breeding populations of White Tails now, whatever next.
  19. My camera has arrived today, talk about complicated. And I thought I was good with technology
  20. I've never used them but I imagine they take off a great deal of hammer on your knees & ankles when walking up and down the elevations.
