he is walked about 5 miles at night and i cycle 5 miles in a morning sprinting with him on a private road after, still not happy in the kennels his run is 6ft 8ft and his kennel is same resided to the fact he can live in the garden much to my missus anoyance

is this normal over the past month my 10 month old lurcher will not kennel up if you leave him in the kennel all day(whilst at work) he howls very long and loud. this has got me a letter from the council because one of my neihbours made a complaint. i have to leave him in the garden with the kennel door open for shelter. he will not shelter in the kennel but prefers to sleep under the hedge or trees even in the nastiest weather. he is also a theif will steel anything you put down is this normal only happy when in a hedge or dich

i have got kids same age and a pub same distance away and would never leave the little ones alone and go. youngest gets in to trouble with a whole family watching him. but sorry to say there is something wrong with all this. 1: no emotinion what so ever 2: publicity managers have they got to show good sides. 3:leaving there kids with family/ minders to go see the pope. munchhousand sydrome byproxy(sorry about spelling) i think they have done it covered it up and milking it now. call me a twat or what you want but they are my views and how many kids go missing per day and how many people

due to this fine weather we have had in the last 3 months every where is water logged and mud is all around, ive been trying to keeep my lurchers coat as clean as possible but he has other ideas and now it is alittle matted, washing him continously hasnt solved the problem. and am grooming him weekly with a dematting brush is helping is there any other ways of getting rid of the nots and mat.

tried to introduce my little bundles to the ferrets the ferret took one sniff of the pup and struck out grabbing the pups scruff of the neck making him sqeal , managed to get the ferret of and the pup was hoping mad. his brother was left alone and seems ferret friendly oops

just had alitter of pups 7 weeks old and they have justed started with dry skin above the tail. the only way to discribe is its like cradle cap can any one help

this new diet is great, lurcher pup 1 1/2 pound and terriers get half a pound, no more stinking kennel and twenty sloppyy poos a day, they look better, the only thing is that the are ferouis when fed it's as though they are starving and wof it down in twenty seconds. is this right. how do you tell if the lurcher got enough wieght on though, you can feel his ribs and spine dont get me wrong he doesnt look emaciated, his bowl of biscuits was about 3x as much as he gets now could it just be his stomach adjusting.

whilst running out today the lurcher has sliced his paw open in between the pads about 5-7 mm deep and about 10 mm long seems not to hurting him at all, cleaned the wound with warm salt water and tryed to trim the hair from around it, he is licking need advice

he is a greyhound/ suluki lurcher and he eats that in one sitting only a pup of 8 or so months. i goe on rouhgly fist size for a dogs stomach (probably) wrong. will see how they go and adjust accordingly. new to this type of diet so will be chopping and changing.

tested today chiken al the way will not touch dried food. i have gauged it at a good hand full, (about 1/2 lb) of breasted out chiken for the terriers and 1 1/2 lb for the lurcher. fish, eggs, big meaty knuckle bones and veg as well . will see how it goes.

just beginning to feed my dogs on barf, butcher sold me some breasted out lamb cheap it has a high fat but have been told the fatty meats can cause pancreatitis is this true. can any one shed light on this

went out with my two terriers and young lurcher we got one rabbit yseterday, dog terrier caught it . there was one reasoan alone he got it, myx. and after 2 seconds it looked like road kill not even fit for ferrets.

there was a program today about these dogs on national geographic wild. as pups these guys have them coursing if they dont make the grade well. they are treated like gods and alot better than there old ladys (same in all countrys )
