    It has to be ten years since i have had clootie dumpling and has to be in a fry up or with custard or cream.Had a heart attack 6 years ago would risk another one just for one more taste lol. atb BEARDY

    There is a chap at rathilit just out side cupar that advertises in the paper for game not sure what he goes under but if you look in the courier on satarday he is normaly in the shooting section. ATB Beardy.

    Hi i was just talking to my local gunsmith about the very same problem he had with a customers rifle mod his solution im afraid was to cut the mod off with a small hand ginder so he could get to the thread on the mod and cut the thread part through,after all that he ended up cutting the old thread off cut a new thread and crown plus new mod.Moral of this story should have tried mod off before buying rifle also when job done never leave mod on barrel when putting back in gun cabinet.Hope it sorts its self out for you.     I have to say i did it the hard way and had a heart attack. I was a heavy smoker 60- aday have been stopped for 2.5 years now best thing i ever did my sense of smell has come back and as said before i can taste food now instead of fag ash, keep at it you will feel better in the long run but start ordering bigger cloths as you will put on weight but after a while it starts to come off again its great going out with the gun and climb hills with out wheezing like a strangled cat. KEEP GOING YOU KNOW ITS WORTH IT. ATB Beardy

    try a syringe put the tip of the syringe over the hole where the black thorn went into your finger and push down firmly as you draw the plunger up do this a few times and 9 times out of 10 the thorn comes out hopes this is of some help BEARDY

    Hi axeoil yes i have three dogs a retired grey hound a GWP who unfortunatly is very gun shy and a fell terier who is the wifes,i do also walk hound pups for the local hunt and help out with hounds when huntsman needs a help all the best beardy

    HI all just found this site best one i have been on, I have a fair amount of time on my hands at the moment not out of choice just had heart attack which was a heck of a shock at 45 ever mind cant wait till i get all clear. I like all types of shooting but my heart is with stalking hope to hear from you all at some time ,as you can all see hopeless on pc . Forgot to mention i am
