    hi, i have no direct experience of it, but this is the information i have Apply liberal amounts of poultice to clean area and cover with moist brown paper, then wrap with plastic and bandage in place. Leave for 12 -2 4 hours and wash off with water. May be used daily. hope that helps. Ps, if there's pus in the pad, would it not be better to add a drop of tea tree oil ( diluted)???? Tea tree oil works well as a antiseptic

    Do you have objections to using worming drugs or just find it inconvenient/expensive going to the vets? I use Drontal Plus, I order it from Wormers.uk costs about £1.50 per tablet. I don't know how much the vet charges per tablet as I always buy it via the internet. Has anyone ever bought it from a vet and how much does it cost per tablet? well i get via the internet now but last time i got in from the vets, it cost me £5.50 per tablet, she needed 2 so that was £11
