  8. The big-game hunter walked into the bar and bragged to everyone about his skills as a hunter. The man was undoubtedly a good shot and no one could dispute that. But then he said that he could recognize any animal’s skin by feeling it, and he could tell what caliber rifle was used to shoot it by locating the bullet hole. This was a bit too much for the other customers, and soon a heated argument started. The hunter said that he was willing to prove it if they would put up the drinks, and the bet was on. They blindfolded him and took him to his first animal skin. After feeling it for a fe
  9. A bin lid has a fairly "sharp" edge and not rounded so a mishap can happen with leash/swivel catching on the bath and snag causing problems. Shaheen ha had to have chuckle at that there now think of the set up i.e harris on bow perch and bath set out as normal but its a bin lid as already said. now the harris jumpes on down to the bath, sorry but theres no way could the swivel never mind the leash could cause the bird problems i.e snagging to the bird at all. Well comercial hawk bath's Sides return down to the floor for a reason ie to protect against foot / fea

  12. a big bin lid works on the same principles as a fiber glass one. yes in theory try and do stuff propa and get it right from the start, but why buy when you can make ?
  13. Its got a good chance to be if your from the North East As far as I know though - No one else has permission there? well is it about 15 mins past haggerston castle right on the coast ?
  14. a bin lid always works well
  15. hi JT just wonder where abouts is that permission just as it looks very simalur to one that have ?
  16. you dont need to let the bird see the ferret at all during the day ! just take it out as normal and keep on fist the bird will then twig on that the ferret will produce a bunny and is part of the team.
  17. yea cant argue with that but the thng is some people make a big fuss out of trying to get a harris on the lamp ! once flown to the fist on the tourch to the glove should be more than enough to secure the bird on the lamp.
  18. jill wanted in north east area, cash waiting
  19. lamping i would rather not do it but its really easy step 1, go out with bird and lamp at night step 2, shine lamp on bunnys and let bird at them. lol basicly just shine the lamp on bunnys, harris are to intelligent for there own good
  20. dont know if this is already on here, but if it ant mods should make it into a sticky thread http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/huntingactrepeal/ ive singed it dont take long at all!
